Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

As I'm in 1st year. I don't think that I can tell much about the relevance of the curriculum that prepares us for the real world and I aslo think mostly Indian boards are outdated but still our college provides many workshops to help us in the real world and to crack placements.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

As I'm in first year I'm not so sure about the name of companies that offers internship but having conversation with seniors there are internships. So overall IPEC is good if you are coming for studies only and you can go for some other college if you are looking for a big campus

Placement Experience

2.5

From 7 semister students become eligible for campus placement. Amazon, TCS, Infosys, etc. are companies that usually pay visits to campus. Most students get placed even though they get a low package of 3 lakh per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

Its first-year fees for Btech are around 132000 and from 2nd year onwards it is 123000. Everything is included in these fees no need to pay for anything like admission fees, development fees, etc. There are only examination fees which are not included in this amount. Everyone can get easily admission if he/she has attempted JEE or AKTU. There is no minimum marks requirement. They provide scholarships for financially weak students. I'm not aware of how much amount.

Campus Life

3.5

Except for cricket, you can do anything freely here everything is easily available and even teachers support you in extracurricular activities. The library is also very easily available you can get any course or any competitive exam help there. There are clubs for every activity.

Admission

I also applied for many colleges in Noida but I ended up in this as this college was suiting me in so many ways as it is well connected to roadways. Near to my house so I get so much spare time and the course is the same as Noida colleges but still fees of Noida colleges are more than double that of IPEC. It is easy to get admission to this college only requirement is that you should appear in JEE.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty is easy to approach. Mr Ankit he is my machincal teacher even though he is not our class coordinator or class mentor but he does all the work for us which was supposed to done by class mentor or coordinator. My class mentor and class coordinator are the one I hate the most as they only think their work is to teach us and haunt us with their attendance criteria but whenever we go to them with our geniune problems regarding our classroom it suddenly get out of their hand and as usual they are of no work. (Even though I must say every faculty including my coordinator and mentor are so desperate to teach us and are helpful in solving doubts). Usually there are 3 sessional exams and 1 pre university exam which decides our internal marks and AKTU exams as semister exam which are external exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since curriculum was given by AKTU itself, colleges only has the power to choose elective subjects- Few subjects were my fav and helped me alot in lot's of different scenerios - like EDC,Network Theory and ofc VLSI Design was my fav. For ECE students - university shd mandate Satellite communication and VLSI Technology a compulsory as it's a kind of core subjects and in every PSU as well as govt exams , questions from this subject always been asked by authorities. More faculties staff's are required.

Placement Experience:

Taking about campous placement of my college so this is not so good like it is almost negligibe . If you want job then you have to fimd it by yourself and you have to apply by yourself to company. sometimes few prof. will help you to apply for some companies but most of the times you have to do it by yourself only. As in other colleges you will be elegible for internships from 2nd year is also the same thing you can start your internship when ever you get it. Almost no company visit here for placement but some time few companies come here for ME and Civil deparment students .the placement percentage is approx 35 to 40 percent. My plans after getting degre is to go for higher studies.
