- It was friendly environment. We had great space where we can discuss things.
- Professors were really good. They helped us in every situation.
- It had a great space for cultural activities. If you are into cultural things it is indeed a great University.
Dislikes
- Administrative was rude. They didn't listen to the problems of the students.
- Scholarship facilities were also meagre. It really takes a lot of time to avail the benefits of scholarships.
- Campus is too small. There is a lack of proper playground and health care facilities within campus.
Course Curriculum Overview
It was really a very dynamic and vibrant course. It included Indian history and Assam history. We had also paper on Gender , museum and archives. Courses were laid in a systematic manner, overall it was a great course.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees were satisfactory. Per every semester we paid around 1150 rupees. And for admission we gave 6000 rupees. There were six semester. Scholarship facilities were however not that good. There were limited scholarships available for us. But overall fees were really affordable.
Campus Life
Yess , Cultural programs and other seminars were prominent here. It has been organizing various functions on behalf of students from Civil service preparation to start up businesses. It provides students the opportunity to know about different career options.
Admission
It is reputed college. It got the vibrant culture of debate and discussion. People from different locality comes to this college with their unique culture and hence an inclusivity is there. Apart from them teaching approach is good and very standard here.
Faculty
Faculties were really good. They had provided me a great insights into the subject. They were dedicated. The exams curriculum was really easy. We got two test for each semester. One is midterm consist of 30 marks and one is final consist of 70 marks. We also has occasional excursions to historical places as demanded by the course.
