Companies for internship

The curriculum is apt for the industry use and inclusion of artificial intelligence and things of internet gives us apt knowledge to handle things in the real industries too. The teaching methods is mostly through pdf. It would be better is they include working more on board while explaining problems. The lab in the curriculum are great and good but there are a few equipment which are very old and some are not working. The test frequency changes with respect to subject. Atleast one test per month and u will be given assignments. Which will carry marks

The internship chances are quite good. With companies like ONGC, vizag steel plant, Wipro, NFC, IICT, Reddy labs,arubindo limited,L and T,Midhani, DRDO I'm not completely sure about the roles. But we are giving small task and we are taught how the industry works during the internship The projects will vary according to company.

7semister we are allowed to sit for placement. In 5-6 th semister we are giving training to handle interviews and group discussion. Pinnacle,L and T, ONGC, NFC,IICT, THE HIGHEST PACKAGE WAS 7.5 lpa. By pinnacle. 30-60% get placed depending on the availablity of jobs and the no of people eligible. We need to secure atleast 8.0 CGPA. And working on papers and project will give a huge boost to resume. I'm planning to write gate and get a job or try doing masters.

I was haven't paid any fees as I have scholarship SC scholarship. Tution fees is 36000.Now the tution fee has increased to 50,000per year.Half the fees to be paid before the semister exams and other half in next semister. Hostel fees is zero. There is mess fees if your staying in hostel which varies From 10k-13k for a period of 6months.During admission a 10k security deposit is to be made by everyone. Which will be refunded at the end of course and 5k principal development fees (idk what that was but apparently for development of college)this 5k and 10 k are compulsory. There is exam fee every semister which is 2k ( every 6month approx) There is EWS scholarship, SC/St scholarship which completely covers tution fee. The other exam fee,mess fee are to be paid by students.

The club and regular activities are nearly dead as its students who are taking care of them.the interaction will happen only if u take up innitiative. And the students are always busy doing some course related work if one year is free other year have something on their plate. It difficult but there is quite a few events where everyone can mingle and have fun. The fest which takes onec a year and a few small celebration during festivals. The Ganesh chaturthi and Christmas celebration are one big thing they are great to talk and interact with others

I choose this college because Proximity to my home and got a great reputation. I applied for Hyderabad Central University and got it along with this i choose this as it's a better course like technical course and close to my home . and the campus life is great.

Faculty to students ratio is around 1:40 Our heat transfer professor Parameashlu Hayavadana, chinta saidulu, Srinu Naik,are quit good teacher great at breaking down completely mechanism to simply version to make everyone understand. There are unit test conducted after every chapter. And mids after 2.5-3 chapters And sem every 5-6 months. Each subject has around 5-6 chapters in a sem. The subject are comparatively easy and teachers are good. But average 10-15 students fail on one or more subjects. They will be promoted but they will have to clear the backlog to pass in the end
