Life in Ilahia

Telling about myself, i didn't choose this course(BCA) because i liked it. I chose it because it was the only course i saw with a scope and a good job. It's hard to learn some programming languages. And i know I'm not well suited for this thing. But it's my need to expertise my skill in this course. I need to make a living, provide for others in future. Timing of exams are not that good. The first model exam starts after less than 2 months. Then the second after 2 months... Then the main model and the semester main exam along with lab exams.

Semester fees(6 months) is 15000rs and increases per semesters. I have entered through management, so the fees is much lesser than most students. I'm currently in my 5th semester and I'm in hostel too. The hostel fee is almost a 5000rs per month. It's college hostel.

The campus life is good if we have the best company of friends. The programmes conducted are low. But if it was improved, this college would be a perfect one. And we ge a life long memory of this place. As people say, it's not about the place, it's about the people.

To be honest,the first reason i got into this college is because my friends were also here. The second reason is that the college i applied to were cochin college, st. Alberts and RLV college. I wanted to go to the RLV college. I was good at my violin. But i had not practised for a long time and i had leg problems. Considering that, i only opted for it in the last time and i couldn't practise, so i couldn't get in. In cochin college, i got Bsc maths. I don't know what to do in that course, so i cancelled it. This was the reason i got into this college. I had low marks too in 12th.

Faculty to student relation is almost okay and open. The teachers are the best to speak to. Now we have a new principal. He's a lot better and open. He sees through things and understands things. The only one we don't like is the manager. He doesn't behave that well when he sees wrong in student as well as teachers. There are a total of 6 main exams for BCA. Some students fail to clear it. I myself had 2 suplies, and i cleared them. Waiting for the next result.
