Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The curriculum is great as its not outdated and also SAKEC has the benefit of being an Autonomous College, which is why we can have a new syllabus practice more on practicals, and gain real-life experience in the Tech Field. The exams are more frequent for students to indulge in their studies. Each semester has 3 exam mainly the start sem exam, mid sem exams and end sem exams.

Internships Opportunities

3

The internship opportunity is all up to your skillset since they provide you with the internship if you have the required skillset you can grab a good internship. Also, there is a dedicated internship cell for students looking for internships. Roles like Software Developer Intern, Jr. Developer Intern, Consultancy. etc.

Placement Experience

3

Students can get internships after they complete sem 3 and can apply for that as well since they might have the eligible skills for the work. The placement starts after sem 7 where they are eligible to be in placements as per the requirements. Last year the number of companies that came for placements were TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Wipro, Cognizant, and L&T. Also the number of foofers they had was 209.

Fees and Financial Aid

The College has various fee structures for general and reserved as follows: 1,60,429 for gen. 94,272 and 8,929 for reserved. Also, there are scholarships for girls, minorities, and many more. They should be admitted through CAP allotment for all the fee benefits.

Campus Life

4

Student life at SAKEC is very well since you have the opportunity to explore much more as there are many tech fests and cultural fests and also a trip to some places where you can get ample amount of opportunity to perform your skills also the gym has play area of carrom chess and table tennis there are so many clubs of tech, eSports and music, singing, fine arts and many more.

Admission

SAKEC is better in more aspects than the other colleges, as it is an Autonomous college with a top-notch curriculum. Also, students can easily get internships as they get exposed to the practical world of industry-level work. The Admission process here is the same as the CAP rounds in the cetcell we have the 3 rounds of CAP then the vacant round by institute and there is no management quota over here so that means we have a meritious crowd here.

Faculty

4

The Faculty of SAKEC is very good and the mentors allotted to the students make sure that every student gets attention and gets the required help and guidance. Therefore the student-teacher ratio is good. The Exam pattern is the same as that of the affiliated University, the exam level is moderate to hard. If the student does it work regularly then he can score good marks.
