Course Curriculum Overview

This course what i always wanted to do even if it is a difficult course but still it is all worth the pain and struggles Even hav 3 internals and a final exam in each year which is very stressful but after passing the exams the joy is worth it

Class Size: 250Course Fees: INR 9200000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

18.5 lakh per annum So for 4.5 years it is 83.5 lakh If opt for hostel extra 2 lakh each yr Can opt for student loan if needed Everyone has to pay the same amt no discount For every proffesional exam 1000 is to be given every year

We have fest organised in our college every yr conducted by the 4th yr students It includes academic competition like debates,quiz Sports like basketball football cricket chess Art and crafts And dance music and drama also It also includes fashion show

Admission

As it is in my hometown and is very reputed college choosing this college has always been a wish for me Other medical college in bbsr are also good this will always be a better option for the students

There more than 10 professors for each subject and each batch has 250 students We have the best biochem and pharma faculty There 3 subjects in 1st yr Biochemistry physiology and anatomy There are 3 subject in 2nd yr Pathology pharmacology and microbiology There are 2 subjects in 3rd yr Community medicine and forensic medicine There are 9 subjects in 4th yr Medicine surgery gynaecology ENT dermatology ophthalmology paediatric anaesthology and psychiatry There are professional exam also final exam in each year end and each subject will have paper 1 and 2 and practicals

Remarks:

Overall its a good colllege with great faculties and helpful seniors. college management is good. if anything does not goes along with students we complain about it or peacefully protest about it. Till now thay have listened to us.

I got admission in this course by applying in NEET entrance examination. I got good score in my NEET entrance exam and cleared the cutoff set by the college. I got this college in my NEET counselling based on my NEET score. I got this college under all India quota. Candidate who wishes to take admission in this course must appear for NEET entrance examination and must have a valid NEET score. A candidate must at least have 50% in 10+2 in physics, chemistry and biology. After having good NEET score I applied for counseling and in that I got this college.

Remarks:

Negative point is less holiday monthly only Sunday is the holidays and other time student are done practical with doctor any with chamber. So the leave time is very less in our college. Positive point is sure government medical job with high salary.

Admission:

Attend counselling through all india few chckups medical certificate required all data of my recoginition taken neet mark printout and all school college 12th marks taken only 21 students selected by all india general category. I was one of them took 4 hrs to complete.

This is one of the best medical colleges in India & the second best AIIMS. It is a great boost to the health infrastructure of the state. IMS and Sum hospital- The best medical college of Odisha

Remarks:

The best thing about this college is its educational environment and curriculum. But the fee is very high and the hostel facility is not good. Also, cleanliness is not up to that mark. As the college conducts many events there will be the development of the students.

KIMS is one of a kind Medical College in India.

I chose the college because it is a good college and is in my vicinity as per the flight routes. Also, I have a senior who was in this college 2 years back so he also guided me to chose this college out of some others. The college campus is quite good and big. The college buildings are largely full of greenery. The attached hospital is also large with a high patient influx.
