Management needs to step up their game and get autonomous status to design their own curriculum to be based on industry standards.

The curriculum is based on JNTUH curriculum, which updates fairly based on industry requirements. Exams take place at the end of each semester which is over 4 months, The college conducts weekly tests and gives assignments for students to keep them on track.

Placement scenario is getting better year by year but doesn't expect top-notch companies to visit the campus. You could get into very good companies though if you are willing to put in the effort. Internships are not provided by the college, nor will they help. Students should find their own thing for the summers.

Tarang - a national level cultural fest, which spans 2-3 days and gives the students a well-deserved break from the hectic study filled semester. Traditional day, sports matches, seminars, club days, freshers as well as farewells take place all through the year.

As of now the current fee of the college amounts to 87,500 rupees the bus fee starts from 13,000 and above depending on the stop where the student boards. Other expenses include JNTUH fee, placement training, stationary, club fee, etc. It is fairly manageable and JNTUH provides scholarship. The college provides financial help to some students.

Don't expect any campus life. The male: female ratio is better in departments such as CSE, ECE but becomes worst when comes to MECH and CIVIL. Labs are fairly well equipped. Don't expect sports of any sort.

There is an alumni network but not very responsive. Some of the senior students are very helpful in some situations.

Admission is based on centralized counseling based on EAMCET scores. Admission process generally takes place around July. The college starts in mid-August. The process is fairly simple requiring students to submit all their previous certificates and fee payment.

All the faculty in the Mechanical department are graduated from well-known colleges and have large depth and breadth of knowledge in their respective fields. They help the students in the projects they undertake, guide them for their better future and regularly keeps the parents informed about the student's performance.
