Remarks

Overall it's a very good college for the students who really want to study in a very peaceful environment with good infrastructure.

The course curriculum was very elaborate, Lot of practical knowledge was imparted during the course of the study.

Internships Opportunities

This is a government aided college, the scholarship will be granted from the government for the meritorious and deserving students.

There was no direct campus recruitment when i did my graduation, however i heard that they have started that now.

College Events

Students union day, college day, sports day etc are celebrated in college campus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's very reasonable for people coming from lower middle class.

Fees and Financial Aid

I didn't avail any scholarship or loan, however there are government scholarships and some of the banks are offering loans to the students.

Campus Life

Campus life was pretty much cool, the students were very friendly. The college has a very good library one of the best library in the entire south Karnataka.

Hostel Facilities

It has a good hostel attached to the college with good food and other basic facilities.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

I have not joined any alumni association as of now however there are some old students (passed out) have formed some of the alumni association.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is pretty much cool, we have enough time to prepare both for practical and theory exams.

The faculty in Science Dept is very well qualified and experienced, one of the best faculty available in the jurisdiction of Mangalore University.

Would never recommend this college for the students who want to take a Tech Job

Course Curriculum Overview:

Now the syllabus has changed. New emerging technologies trends and subjects are introduced in new curriculum. Data science, Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security are now taught. Practical marks are reduced to 50 marks. Term end examinations are conducted twice in a year. Exams are not that difficult. Usually previous year questions appear in the exams.

There is no official records of placements for SST as its a new college, but they do provide placements, also they provide internships in third year itself with a average stipend of 25k. The highest stipend that was offered was 2.5 lakhs from a german based company.

My journey in Christ University

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from the 5th semester. The university also conducts placement drives and skill development workshops. Out of the various companies, some of the reputed ones include Goldman Sachs, KPMG, EY, Deloitte, De Shaw, etc. The average package is around 7 to 8 lakhs but 60% students opt out from placements for further education. I plan to study a master's degree in business economics after my undergraduate studies.

Scaler School of Technology : An honest review

Placement Experience:

There is no such thing as placements for now (in 1st year here) but in our second year, we have placement support here. We have compulsory internship at our Second year. We only have 2 batches, 1st Year and 2nd Year. But for now, among our seniors 60% of them hold internships and others are either building something or scaling their skills. For now, we don't have any placement records but according to scaler academy, it will be aroung 24 Lakhs.
