Entrance Preview

I took jee mains and scored 110 marks in the year 2013. I opted for this particular college because it is affiliated to one of the oldest universities in India that is maharishi dayanand university and it is a good college in terms of placements and performance.

Course Curriculum Overview

All the cources covers each and every module which is required in the modern day job requirements. All the labs and research centres are well equipped with all the latest equipments. One doing research in any field of their interest should not worry about the equipments, atmosphere, support or books.

Internships Opportunities

Our college do not provide internships. But they do provide summer trainings after every year which is free of cost from the company Infosys. It is generally a paid training if you will do it from outside the campus.

Placement Experience

Placements in our college are very good, almost all the students which are eligible got placed in top companies like TCS , Accenture, wipro, csc, and many more. Last year nearly 100 companies partipated in placement drives and a lot of students got placed.

College Events

Our college hosts a lot of cultural and technical events every year. Every year it conducts its annual fest known as resurrection which is a 3 day event in which competitions are organised for dance,music, drama, Dj wars etc and finally a start night in which last year a world famous artist from Tomorrowland was invited.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure of this college is feasible depending upon the facilities, teachers and ambience they provide for all the co- curricular and extra curricular activities. Its fees is rs 140000 for all the btech cources annually. In which they provide books also.

Fees and Financial Aid

Loan facility is available in college and it provide scholarships for economically backward students on the basis of their parents annual income. Scholarship are provided by haryana government during counselling

Campus Life

Ratio in college is about 55:45 between girls and boys and in hostel it is 60:40. Campus life is awesome if you are able to make good friends. A lot of extra curricular competition are organised by students including dance, singing,music, debate , workshops on robotics, hacking and many more.

Hostel Facilities

College has separate hostel for boys and girls separated by a large distance. They are maintained on daily basis. Hostels are available on quad and double sharing with an option of both ac and non ac rooms. Mess is also quite good but it could be improved a bit more

Alumni/Alumna

All the alumni of our are working at good MNCs and all they advise is that to work hard in your particular field and take every chance you got.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is neither too hectic nor too chilled. They follow the mdu pattern for their examination. Semester examination and practicals are conducted as per mdu date sheet and pattern in the month of January and may for odd and even semester respectively.

All the teachers and professors of this college are very good having deep knowledge about their subjects. They are very hardworking, experienced and professional. Our college's sports teachers and other staff members are also very qualified. They provide a very friendly atmosphere for the students

My Experience in JC Bose University

Likes

I like the claim and composed environment, no one shouting or making noise
Each buliding have lift which help reach higher floor easily
Having strong alumni association which help student get placement

Dislikes

I don't like the paper work delay during the admission after paperwork
Campus less crowded places are not maintained very well
Older buliding classes don't have ac in the classroom

Course Curriculum Overview:

In Electrical course we have many kind have course which design for solving various kind of problem in field , BSC ( Basic science course ) , ESC ( Engineering Science Course ) , DSC ( Disciplinary specialized Course ) , VAC ( Value Added Course ). Professors teaches with real life example and use 3D shape and animation to explain things easily.

Likes

The college is spread across 300 acres of lush green campus with a lot of greenery everywhere. The weather is also very pleasant
The infrastructure of the college is well maintained with proper department and parks . The labs are well equipped with the necessary equipment required for the practical knowledge of the student.
Sports facilities are also top notch in the college and also gym is provided in the sports ground.

Dislikes

In rainy season water stands in the hostels making it difficult to move in and out of the hostel.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate of the college is decent one with average package of about 12-14 LPA amd about 85% students are placed every year. Students can apply for placements after 2nd year and companies like JP Morgan , microsoft, Hero , ICICI Bank , etc. Visit the college

Infrastructure of our college is too good,having proper ventilation system ,well equipped AC ,a hygienic environment having a lush green campus.it has proper wifi facilties in the campus. I would personaly rate it 4.5/5.
Here we get exposure to various growth opportunities like sports,studies and research.Even our college is open for students who plan to start their startup. our college provides specific amount help for students aspiring to run their own startup.
while talking about social interaction, our college has a good crowd and people are friendly so its easy to connect with them,all the faculties are expert in their domain having a good background and knowledge in their feild

Dislikes

CCTV's are not present in class which should be there for security purpose. only in the campus and corridors CCTV are present.It's kind of hard for students to get their medical certificate approved , they need a lot of formalities.
Mess food is not upto the mark, it should have been better thats why students have to go to canteen and food stalls to eat food and in campus girls to boys ratio is too less .less number of girls as compared to boys.
The library space is also very short ,it get's crowder and filled up during exam times so students have to go to other libraries present in the campus and it gets hard for student to study in summer's outside the library.

Placement Experience:

Four campus placements student get eligible after the 6th semester and from 6th semester companies come and they search for their Perfect suit And they just simply Conduct their interviews in the College campus Various companies visited our college like HCL,TCS and many more Offering a basic scale payoff around 6,00,000 Per year. Average package for our college is around three to six lakhs and the highest package a student got is around 54 lakhs Per year. For sitting in placement at least 6 cgpa is required to Get eligible for Placements But most of the companies ask for 7CGPA and above and only few companies are there which demand 6 cgpa students. My planes after getting this degree is Doing a job and then Lumping amount So that I can open up my business in the form of cafe or something else. But somewhere I will like to become nlp engineer As I have interest in sound processing system and AI and being from IT background I have good coding skills and communication skills. Till the age of 40 I Start my own business or a startup. At last but not least Our college has a good placement Drive system And a good academic system too and one can easily prepare for placements if he studies well.

Likes

I liked the environment alot. The infrastructure is very good.
The food court is also very good and provide good food on affordable price.
I like the teachers alot they are very easygoing and friendly to communicate with.

Dislikes

I don't like the uniform system as they ask us to wear it daily.
There should be days atleast once a week where we can wear casuals in college.
The teachers are very strict about the study.

Placement Experience:

From 2nd year onwards we can prepare for it as we are equipped with hands on experience on multiple projects and practical knowledge. Till now the highest package has reached 45 lakhs per annum. I don't think that percentage matters as practical knowledge is more superior that theory part. I am planning to go for MNCs.

Genuine and Biased review

Likes

Wifi facility is available in hostels and in some classrooms
Teachers are quite good and they are very helpful

Dislikes

Placement are not good in dcrust one some some students get placed with maximum packed of 9 lakhs minimum 2.5 lakhs
Course curriculum is not updated they are not helpful in modern time.
Girls and boys ratio are not upto the mark.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not good in my college. Only few companies are recruiting through on campus like virtusa, tcs etc. average package is 3-4 lakhs and maximum package is 9 lakhs. From 4th year students are eligible for on campus placement. Only 30-40% of students get placed. I am thinking to give gate exam for better opportunity.

Placement Experience:

Placement at college is average mostly 80% of students are placed in this college student is eligible for placement from the 7th semester. Companies like Airtel, Infosys, Wipro, and swiggy, mostly company visit here highest package in 2023 is approx. 28 LPA and the average package is 5-6 LPA.

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Likes

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.

Don't join the college as they doesn't care about your career Faculty is bad and also doesn't have minimum experience and qualifications Teachers will change every semester or even teachers can leave the job in mid semester. If want a good career then don't go for it

Remarks:

My college experience is very good.There are a lot of activities held in our college including fests whetger technical or cultural.Most of our memories made through these fests.They are the most important memorable days of our life.Beside the studies there are a lot of things which effect a lot.One must enjoy the beautiful moments of his College Life .
