Course Curriculum Overview
We have main four subjects for each year. There are mid-term exams, pre-professional exams, and professional exams (finals) that we have to qualify for, which consist of written and practical tests. The course curriculum is good.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are only 5500 fees for this course, which is paid at the of admission only. The hostel fees, tution fees, and security fees are included in that only. we only have to pay for the mess, which is approximately 3000 per month. There are government scholarships.
Campus Life
There are 2 fests organized every year that is "invicta" which is an intra-college fest and "pyrexia" which is a inter College fest, the campus life is very Lively and happening, and there are many committees formed among the students that play important role in different aspects.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities could have been better...as there are poor management of water supply and major lift problem is there...mess food quality can be improved...their cleanliness is a major issue..they don't stick to the menu as well.
Admission
To apply for this course you have to fill out the form of AIIMS BSc hons. a nursing entrance exam, those who had physics chemistry, and biology in their 12th standard can only apply. There are reservation benefits as well but year by year cut-off is getting higher for BSc Hons. nursing.
Faculty
Faculty members are very educated as they have cleared the exam and interview for becoming nursing tutor, they are very approachable and they help us in our clinical postings as they are also our clinical instructor
