The first criterion is that you need to qualify JEE Advanced Examination and you need to rank upto 15k in the common merit list or in the case of the category, you need to gather the information of marks vs category ranks vs Common merit list rank from the collegedunia website. After fulfilling all these criteria need to enroll yourself in JOSSA counseling.

I chose this course because of the core placement as I am always interested in core Rather than noncore. That's why I chose this course. And also need to mention one special thing most of the faculty members of our department have industrial experience and also our alumni, so it's very easy for us to interact with them.

Internship opportunities are there if you have a 6-8 CGPA you can easily get any technical or non-tech Internship for two months in summer as an on-campus opportunity and it's stipend is also good it's ranges between 40k - 1.5 lakh/ month.

There is a great opportunity for internships and placement in campus. There are two seasons one is dedicated for internships for 3rd year students and for 4th year dual degree students and one is for dedicated for placements,both seasons contains many online test and interview which are taken by company officials and if you want to do in the core sector it's also amazing as many of the companies that came in core sector there higher officials are our college alumni that's why it give edge in everything.

The fee structure is like this for a general student it's 1 lakh tuition fees per semester and 18k hostel fees per semester and for a reservation student SC/St it's 35k per semester including mess fees. There are many scholarships are there such as NSP for sc/ST students and also fee waivers are there for Gen, Obc, and Ews students.

College culture is awesome & relaxing. As you'll have fest in almost whole of the year. In February you have Srijan the annual cultural fest then in March end or April, you have Parakram the annual sports fest. In August/September you have Concetto Technical Fest. In October you have khanan the official mining fest and there is one hackfest also there.

Hostel facility is quite amazing you get a single occupancy room in 1-3rd year and in final year you get single occupancy room . Rooms are also quite big and you'll get enough space to adjust all your items and also food quality is also good . You'll get three time meal a day and also evening snacks are there.
