Likes

College infrastructure where in a lot of open space
Fests and a whole lot of fests by each club
Club activities separate club for many technical non technicalamd social opportunities

Dislikes

Faculty co- ordination is next to none and not active
Labs are not up to date and have disfunctional systems
The exam schedule was tiring till this year as very little preparation time between exams was given but now this has improved

The course contains all aspects of Electronics and communication and has an overall articulated plan of how it commences but the labs for each course is in the next semester for some reason which makes it a bit tiring

Internships Opportunities

The college has signed MOU with some companies and we have to take up internship in various domains amd we have to take up a summer internship by big companies provided by our college. And must produce some project on these too

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is pretty hectic as you have to be ready with your fee before semester exams and the management is very strict in this case. The college from the side of the government provides some compensation too for economically weaker sections

Campus Life

The social life is actually very booming with clubs of our very interests and a whole lot of them in every aspect. Fests for every club are available which include technical cultural and social activities.

Admission

The admission was smooth and was very calm. After writing my EAMCET exam most of the councelling was done online from where I had selected all the colleges. I dreamed of and got selected in SNIST in the last round

Faculty

The faculty are highly trained in their respective fields but they are strict to textbook knowledge always and do not encourage us to take up new and upcoming opportunities only a few handful of faculty are appointed for professional electives

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have many laboratories for practical knowledge. And also they providing other practical labs for us from other course related. They have installed a seperate computer lab or other elective labs for different branches. And also provide different assistants for every laboratories. They teach us well . Make us to make connections as per the circuit provided. They also teach us how they came into work in the real time life. Mainly they teach us how they are applicable to our real life. And also they preserve the projects and make juniors motivate and make them to learn.

Yeah the course is little bit difficult ???? the teaching methods and classes and the timetable is overall ok....there is no freedom yaar.there will be weektests and unit tests mid exams sem exams so, many will be there.and during labs we have to be behave well because during labs the main strength will be with teachers

The students can apply for internships from 3rd year, 2nd sem or from the end of 3rd year, 1st sem. Some of the notable companies that have visited the college were accenture, cognizant, tcs. I am planning to pursue masters after my degree completion over here. The highest package as per my knowledge is nearly 19 lakh. Most of the students are assured to get placed in bulk.

My view of Kmit

Placement Experience:

from 3 year 2 semester onwards the students can attend to placements without any active backlogs. The campies visited are drawin box,service now, real page,epam etc. the highest package is 44 lpa and average is 5 lpa. 45 per students have placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually my father was private employee from electrical background so that i choose the Electrical and Electronics branch. So this branch was learned me technically a lot. The course was very difficult but need a guts to chase this.Here practical knowledge also very important from basics and need teaching very neatly to explain such hard topics like mechanism and electronics too.We wrote our exam into twice at 6months by dividing 1-1 and 1-2 etc.The exam time was 3 hours its a sufficient time to write a student with focus and knowledge on topics.
