Course Curriculum Overview

The aspects to select cyber security is as it is an emerging on going trend in engineering field and the area for improvement is to have more hands on experience which will be useful for real time domain.

Internships Opportunities

There are many internships they offer like cybersecurity virtual internship and projects are also made by students and there are group projects as a course after the 2nd year and many internships are provided.

Placement Experience

From the third year second semester we get campus hiring placements.companies such as Accenture,sales force,Cisco are available in those list.average package would be 600000 and the minimum is 450000.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are no such hikes of fee structure the fee structure would be the same as first year and the complete cost of education will 1.5lakh per year and there are scholarships and there will be more campus recruitments with software developer and data analyst job roles

There are many clubs such as arts,robotics,IEEE and they conduct fests such as adastra ,rigolade, sreevision and many more fests and there are social organisations which helps orphans and the people and there are student run ngos too.

Admission

The admission process is by attending the eamcet and getting a good rank to get into college and there will management seats too and a student needs to get a min of 4000 rank and maximum of 22000 rank to get into college

Faculty

The faculty and student ratio is 1:30 and it is very good as they teach in a symbolic way and we can interact with teachers after the lectures and as well when we get the doubt.The faculty where qualified ones with pursuing PhD in their respective fields

We have many laboratories for practical knowledge. And also they providing other practical labs for us from other course related. They have installed a seperate computer lab or other elective labs for different branches. And also provide different assistants for every laboratories. They teach us well . Make us to make connections as per the circuit provided. They also teach us how they came into work in the real time life. Mainly they teach us how they are applicable to our real life. The students can apply for internships from 3rd year, 2nd sem or from the end of 3rd year, 1st sem. Some of the notable companies that have visited the college were accenture, cognizant, tcs. I am planning to pursue masters after my degree completion over here. The highest package as per my knowledge is nearly 19 lakh. Most of the students are assured to get placed in bulk.

My view of Kmit

Placement Experience:

from 3 year 2 semester onwards the students can attend to placements without any active backlogs. The campies visited are drawin box,service now, real page,epam etc. the highest package is 44 lpa and average is 5 lpa. 45 per students have placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually my father was private employee from electrical background so that i choose the Electrical and Electronics branch. So this branch was learned me technically a lot. The course was very difficult but need a guts to chase this.Here practical knowledge also very important from basics and need teaching very neatly to explain such hard topics like mechanism and electronics too.We wrote our exam into twice at 6months by dividing 1-1 and 1-2 etc.The exam time was 3 hours its a sufficient time to write a student with focus and knowledge on topics.
