As a Microbiology student after passing out my Bachelor's in Microbiology I was very much aware about the curriculum and the future of the course. This is a course having a broad spectrum of scope in the field of Research and development and also in Industrial world. It is upto a student, how anyone is going to shape is career according to his interest.

University provides a campus placement for the Course which I am discussing here. They aim to set all the students according to their skill and productivity. During my course period almost everyone was placed in different sectors.

The fee structure is very reasonable with respect to the other Universities conducting the same course. The complete cost of my Master's degree was around 3.5 lacs including lodging and food. There are various scholarship programs provided by the University itself to support students from the financially weaker sections. It can be checked on the University website. Campus employment is one of the best things about the University, they provide this opportunity to a student having an interest in getting a place during their duration of course.

My personal experience of the University campus was so good that I am still missing the campus life. The infrastructure and the environment of the campus were so fulfilling and provided you with a homely experience. There were a lot of societies running on the campus and I was part of a society named the Microbial society of India.

For M.sc Microbiology the eligibility criteria is having a Bachelor degree in life Science and related subjects. Their is a broad spectrum for getting admission in this course specially for the students coming from Biology background.

The faculty and student ratio was satisfactory for my course work and all the faculties were very helpful and had positive vibes in their personalities to motivate the students. The faculties were very eminent and most of the faculties were alumni of Jawaharlal Nehru University, so anyone can get the answers regarding the quality of the faculties. I always used to get in touch with my faculties during the course and also after getting passed out from the University. They are always helpful and supportive to me.
