A balanced take on A.P. Shah Institute of Technology

To be precise I am a computer engineering student and the syllabus of this course is quite interesting.You will definitely learn many things in this curriculum as this course offers you different coding languages and basic concepts like operating system and dsa.The curriculum includes a project that you have to make based on the language you learned in that particular semester which gives a good practical practice.I think the teachers should not only focus to complete the syllabus but try to make students apply it in real world.Here the university should see that college should be given enough time to complete the syllabus

In this college,the internships are offered by the EduSkills.The internships are basically virtual internship that you have to complete by just learning and giving some tests.There are many fields in which you can apply for internship like Aws cloud security ,Palo alto cybersecurity and many more.

When i took the admission 2 years ago, my tuition fees was around 1.40 lakhs.In this college you dont have to pay extra for anything unless you are opting for something diiferent.There are scholarships but obviously not for general category students.EBC is on the scholsrship which reduces your fees to 50 percent.The placement opportunities are good here but not all students grab a good package .Recently my senios grabbed a package of 26 lpa which is the highest in our college this year.

The annual festival of the college is named as 'OJUS'. It usually takes place in the month of Feb-March.The technical festival of the college ,officially known as EXALT usually takes place in the month of March.The library of the college has wide range of books and journals and even they provide PC's in libraries for research.The sports events of the college is held in the month of January.There are many sports which are played including indoor and outdoor both.There are many clubs that are present in college like GDSC,it is a technical club which is known as Google Developer Student Club.Antarang is one of the club which is basically a social club.

The eligibilty of course differs from branch to branch.Recently the cutoff of the computer engineering branch was 93 percentile as per the CET entrance exam.You can also get the admission from JEE perspective.You can enquire about the admission process in the college.There are many reservation benefits like in your academic score ,your fees.The semester exams are held in the duration of 6 months,in between that we have 2 Unit tests. The difficulty level is medium of the exams.

Talking about the ratio, there are 3 divisions in each department and for each department there are more tha 10 professors which i think is a good ratio.The faculty has good experience in their respective subjects but there are only some faculty those who have really great technique of teaching.Interacting with faculty is not a big issue here,you can interact to teacher whenever you face a problem.
