Entrance Preview

I took admission by RPET,i got 65 marks out of 100 marks. I was having some attraction towards the automobile so choose this as my carrer stream.

Course Curriculum Overview

Well it is very good to work with them with this course is providing us to learn more and more about so many thing and we can do our research as well and the teaching staff provide full information about everything.

Internships Opportunities

Well there were so many companies came like TEGA IND,mahindra etc. I got selected in mahindra and my stipend was 5000 rs. It was a good experience to work in it everything was so new for me and i got practicle knowledge about the vhicles.

Placement Experience

Last year 285 students were placed in all companies. So job opportunities are good here for us so any wanted student will be placed here. The basic package was of 3.5 lakhs per annum for the freshers.

College Events

We have many festivals like AADHAR,PRAYOGAM,MANTHAN,AAROHAN,etc. All these are so big that all colleges are invited in these programs. All the students of our college participate in it as it is must for everyone.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are avavilable according to marks and also according to the government. Loan can be taken by yes bank or canera bank in our college.

Campus Life

Gender ratio is about 1000:900 in our college,student can enjoy party in all festivels also cultural fests like aarohan and manthan are there,student come from all over india to study here and have good relationships with each other,all students are good economicaly and no politics is there in our college you can find student of every religion in our college.

Hostel Facilities

Yes of course it is sharing. Two people live in one room,rent costs 70000 per head. So many hostel seats are there no problem with that. Rooms are clean and well furnished.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Our college seniors and alumnies come to interact with us on monthly basis,seminars are held for us of them so we can learn about after college life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well the curriculam is good easily accesable and reachable and i have selected electronics only because i have interested in it from the very starting and the curriculam is good for me. Yes the curriculam helps to solve the real world probelm but not at all as most of it are theoritical and but some lab experiments and good. Exams are held every 2 months sometimes it become difficult to face the exams.

The placements cell try their best to get as many students placed as they can.many companies visit us including celebal, tcs and I don't know about the percentage but it's pretty good not everyone will get the placement but yes who have time to their studies will definitely get one.the average package is around 5lakh per anum ctc it can go upto 25 to 30.lakh based on your knowledge entirely

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

A balanced blend of learning , growth , and opportunity at GMEC Ajmer

Placement Experience:

Campus palcements at GMEC Ajmer are quite good, especially foe CSE and core branches. Students become eligible for placement grom the 7th semester, and many companies visted the campus every year. Some of the prominent recruiters includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys, capgemini, cognizantand tech mahindra among others. Highest package varies every year (in 2025 it goes to 13 lpa) Average package: Ranges between 3.5 to 5 lpa Approxi,ately 80-85 5 of eligible students got placed, especially those from technical backgrounds with good coding and communication skills. Some students also go for off-campus drives or pursue higher studies like M.Tech or MBA. As for my plans, after completing the degree, I aim to either get placed in a reputed IT company or pursue higher studies depending on the opportunities available and personal career goals.
