I have passed SRMJEE to get into the college and I had chosen this college as it is a top college of india having good opportunities.

Internships Opportunities

The college internship experience was good approximately five hundred companies come for giving jobs and all the top companies including google,microsoft,facebook, wipro, cognizant, tcs etc.

Placement Experience

Now coming to placements they are excellent approximately 90% of students were got placed and with a good packages .The average package is around 3.5lac and the highest package is of 50 lacs by Microsoft companies are mentioned above.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is little expensive, it will cost upto 11,00,000 of four year course Including hostel and mess and it is approximately 1,85,000 per year college fees.

Yes, there are full tution fee waiverto the students who got under 1000 rank in entrance examination or 95% in board examination and the college invites many banks for loan.

After 6 semester the students are eligible for all the core and it placements. For us the core companies are Capgemini tech pub(32), sopra steria(5) and boeing . The highest package is 8lpa and average is 5 lpa Out of 100 55 students are getting placed each year. I got placement in Capgemini and I am working on Capgemini.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

I applied at PDEU, Gandhinagar and SRMIST and both colleges admissions were almost done but since my family is from Chennai, we al decided to stay close to home atleast for UG.
