Campus is wonderful. Its full of trees and can find greenery every where
The environment is calm and fresh up here. There wont be any industrial noises or disturbances.

Dislikes

The location is far from main city. Travelling to college and leaving id bit difficult . Either we need to depend on parents or on auto

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is the main reason i chose this college. Learning different languages made it easier to place in a well named company. As of a Computer science engineering student i had gained a lot of knowledge about different languages that i previously never knew

Placement Experience

From 5 th semester students gets eligible for placement. Wakeelsab , Benz ,Cognizant , Infosys have visited. They have offered packages around 12 lakh per annum and around 70 students of current 2025 batch have been placed. I have been planning to get into a product based company.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure for a Government quota student is around 2 lakhs. When it comes to Management quota based on theri course the fees structure varies. If u take CSE then you will be asked to pay extra 1 lakh per year so totally 4 lakhs for a student

Campus Life

Kalam is one of the famous event thats held by our college. It can be called a cultural fest. More likely they condict it as an inter-college event. Around 1000 books are available in the library and books for every department are found here. Many students have been participating in sports and have won medals for the college.

Hostel Facilities

Every student has seperate cots , chair , table , locker , plate . A well bulit room of which can hold 4 members. There are special hostels with attached bathroom yhat can hold 3 members. Meal quality is Half good.

Hostel Fee: INR 88000 per year

Admission

I scored 510 in 12th and had cutoff of 163 and as i am BCM student i got my seat in this college through Councelling. Personality you need to have a cut off more than 160 to get your desired course in this college the higher the cutoff you have your desired course.

Faculty

Faculties are good. They teach every sort of things clearly. Diverse knowledged faculties are here. Doubts are clarified much easier by teachers. They frequently indulge us with lots of fun activities, brain boosting games etc..

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

Likes

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

Likes

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester
