What Students Say

Likes

The college infrastructure is very good with library facilities, sports and parking .The environment is very peaceful with green surroundings and bench park full of trees .
The academics are up to the mark as expected.
The college conducts technical fests, events and extra co curricular activities including sports .

Dislikes

The canteen food is not up to the mark, we often prefer eating outside .
sports hour is not conducted properly every week.
teaching staff is not friendly and often we face issues in labs

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because i was quite intrested in electronics .electronics offers numerous opportunities for career options.this colllege offers electronics course with good teaching and projects.the exams are conducted in every 2 months,we have mid -term 1,then mid-term 2 and end semester.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 66000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internships are offered from second year second semester ,companies such as ibm offer online internships ,and hackathons and many workshops are also conducted.many internship opportunities are available for the students.

Placement Experience

The collge offers campus placements . All the students above cgpa 7 are eligible for the placement drive .college also provides a campus recruitment training to the students. Companies such as infosys, wipro, tcs, accenture, honeywell, flipkart visit the campus and conduct drives.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee is 66,000 per year with additional university fee and exam fee per semester.no other extra fees is collected for fests,events or sports.during admission caution deposit of 5500 is collected for librabry and other miscellaneous fees.there are no campus employment facilities .

Campus Life

The college conducts many fests and events.the recently conducted event was JIJNASA a national level tech event .library facilities are good books are issued and can be renewed in 15 days. college also has many clubs in which students actively participate .

Admission

There are two ways of taking admission in the collge ,the first is through EAMCET examination rank and the other one is through jee mains percentile. Reservation is provided for sc,st,obc caste during admisssion .exam difficulty level is easy and exams are conducted within a interval of 2 months.

The faculty-to-student ratio is ok,the faculty tries to explain the concept in class through presentation and few prefer board teaching,some of the faculty are friendly and try to approach students to clear the doubts ,but not all the faculty are like this few are intrested only in taking class and giving less preference to clearing doubts.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It has regulations which is very comprehensive in covering the theoretical and fundamental concept or aspects of the engineering subjects. It includes strong core foundation in math, phy and very imp programming languages i.e core subjects. It has a guaranteed university recogniton like JNTUH. It should be improved in the teaching methords and conduct more workshops so that it'll be a practical experience for students to learn best. Jntu correction scheme is very strict.

College review: Pros, Cons and reality.

Placement Experience:

During 3-1 , we get only one internship i.e JPMC offering 75,000 per month which is of 3-month internship. Thhis year it took around 16 students. through coding round, hire vue interview and the hackathon process. I was selected to hackathon but sadly due to communication skills lack, I was not selected as intern , although I passed coding round, hire vue interview and entered hackathon. From 4-1 onwards we get placement oppurtunities like Deloitte, Chubb, oracle, DE Shaw, etc companies visit and offer good package only.

Form the 7 th semester students are eligible for campus placements and there are placements coordinators for each branch. The highest package of the year was 51 LPA which was given by Microsoft. I will try to get placed before graduating.

NIT Warangal - A dream college

Placement Experience:

The best part of the college is its placement of the college. Almost all companies visit the campus, including Google, Microsoft, Adobe, and almost all. The average percentage of the college is around 85 percent. In Chemical engineering, the placement is a little bit, it's around 90 percent. I'm planning for placements on the Software side.

This helps the students to have good knowledge and grip on current scenarios, and it also helps to survive and get placement.Tge frequency of the exams is 45 or 50 days each.And it is not so difficult because the faculty teach in a proper and understandable way in which the students can understand and attempt the exams . Coming to teaching methods, every class is having a smart screen and projector as well for better understanding.
