The college management was very supportive and helpful whenever the needs arrised.

The college is free from all hussel bustle and noise. A place surrounded by nature. The teachers here are highly qualified and with a pure mindset to teach and share their knowledge with the student. The holistic environment of Karunya and the vibrant culture of Tamilnadu has attracted me towards it.

The basic requirements to become an engineer, it's social and private ascept are kept in mind before deciding the curriculum of the institute. The curriculum was designed in such a way so as to Carter the needs of present industry scenario. After completing your course from Karunya you basic understanding and concepts of civil engineering is nourished to the best extent.

The college helps the young budding engineers to get internship. It depends on the Company to company as far as the stipends are concerned.

The placement and job opportunities are nicly taken care by the placement cell. More than 50 companies visit every year. I got placed in two companies from my college which gave me a great start, one was the KEC international Ltd. Another being Accenture.

The college used to celebrate every event specially the Christmas. As it was a Cristian minority college. Then there was mindkraft which was basically a tech fest being organised by the college. Apart from that a sport tournament every year was being organised there.

At the time I was studing the fee structure was quite reasonable and the kind of facilities provided to me was at par. Though I am not aware of the present fee structure but, the university always provides scholarship upto 100% of waiver on the tusion fee.

As I have mentioned above, the loan waiver of 100% of the tusion fee was provided by the college. There was an international scholarship also for those who wanted to pursue an internation certification.

The gender ration was about 60:40, the extracurricular activities like, NCC, sports, music classes and vedio graphy classes were provided to the students. The roatary and robotics clubs were very active in the college, they used to organise events in regular interval.

The hostel facilities were very good and can be compare to the best colleges in the country. There was separate hostels for every year student. The mess was also separate for the north Indian students and south Indian student. The hostel food was reasonably good.

The senior student of my department are placed in many reputed companies, they are doing great. The college some times organises the alumini meets.

The exam structure of the university is as per the UGC guidelines. The university followes the semester wise examination. 4 even and 4 odd semester, which consists of 3 internal exams. Further, to that you have to complete 2 projects one in 6th semester and other on 8th semester.

I wrote Karunya Entrance Exam (KEE) is the entrance exam you have to clear to enter the prestigious institute. The forms are out every year in local newspaper and their online portal. After clearing the written exam you need to sit for the counselling and secure your seat.

Most of the faculty in Karunya are with PHD's in their respective fields of interest. A tremendous dedication and effort which they show in making the student learn the subjects is remarkable and can be visible by the marks and respect they command after getting placed with reputed companies.
