I choosed mechanical engineering course because mechanical course has its applications in almost every field. Mechanical is considered has a core branch of engineering. Nowadays mechanical engineers can work in almost every section of industries i.e IT, civil, electrical, mechatronics etc .

No indira college does not provide with internship. They should start providing internship to students during their vacations

I was alloted in this college through cap process. There were total 4 rounds. I was allotted for indira college in 4th round. In 4th round I confirmed my admission. Admission was based on the percentage you score. So i was allotted in icem. The admission process was held at respective cap centers.

DY Patil college is best for placement and coding environment

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in Y Patil College. Many companies are come for hiring a student. Most of students are placed in fourth year from fourth year. The companies are started to come in campus and higher students. Also, in a third year, Student want to get internship in any companies from campus and from outside of the campus internship is compulsory in third year last semester The company are come in my college are Amazon Google infosys Microsoft WIpro and other companies hire students The highest package of last year of AI and DS department is a 42 lakh higher by Amazon is the highest package of the last year placement. Also, the average packages are six lakh. The percentage of getting Student place in companies are nearly 92%

The highest package: is 24 lpa ( given by ONGC) and the average package: is 13 lpa for Fire and safety profiles. Usually, all students get placed in the placement drive. I will do the job in the company I got placed in.

My Review on ICEM, Parandwadi, Pune.

I applied to this college only because it's cut off score for MHT-CET exam was near about my own score in the same exam, I was not eligible for any good colleges in Pune or Pimpri-Chinchwad limits. Frankly, there are no strong and good points to suggest this college to anyone. College is situated in Parandwadi village, from Pimpri the distance is 21 kms one side, the transport facility provided by the college is worst, the placement cell has given up on jobs related to Mechanical field, the college stresses more on submissions rather than actual Teaching-Learning process, many of the practical setups are under maintenance. Lastly, if you have to do Engineering anyhow, that too near Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad cities, then ICEM should be your last option....Read More

Since after completing my graduation from St. Mira's College, I started my preparation for CAT exam and had achieved 65 percentile in it.
