Nice college for Engineering

Semester wise system of examination is followed. 2 end semester examination are conducted in a year that is the odd semester examination and even semester examination. Before the end semester examination unit test and practicals are conducted for evaluation of performance.

Going by the past record I can say that our college is good in terms of placement. Good number of companies come here for campus placement like TCS, Infosys etc. However it's not true that everybody gets a desired placement as claimed by the college because many a times companies offers profiles like say sales or telecalling which student accept because they don't want to go without a job from the campus. In terms of internship one has to manage on is known as there is nothing much that college offers in this regard.

Fees of the colleges in line with any private college which is offering engineering these days. For a 4 year program one has to pay around Rupees 4.5 to 5 lakh. The time of admission one has to send me to round 1 lakh rupees which includes tuition fee, registration fee and other related charges.

The State government of Maharashtra extends scholarship for the meritorious students provided that they are the domicile of the state. Further scholarship is also extended to student from the reserved categories as well as student from the educationally and socially backward classes of society. Education loan facilities also offered by private and public sector bank.

The college has various club for activities like sports, drama, engineering societies, designing lab etc. Events like Republic Day, Independence Day, annual fests are organised annually. In terms of infrastructure the college is very sound. Since it is a renowned college and a group of institution you can expect facilities to be of top notch.

I applied for the college based on my JEE main score. Admissions are also done based on the score of state level Engineering entrance examination that is MHT-CET. However if one has given the JEE Main examination then the state level examination doesn't matter much. I got this college in the second round of counselling and took admission in it because I know that my score was not good to get into NITs or on the IIITs. This is institute is known for its Engineering education that's why I opted for it.

The faculty in our college is very experienced. Majority of the professors have obtained doctorate in their respective discipline. Their teaching methodologies are also good as they lay focus on imparting knowledge rather than forcing us to go for memorization. They are always happy to guide us even after the class timings.
