I liked the environment of college it was full of greenery
Teaching staff is really supportive and helpful

water facility is not good it was a concern

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is as per given by the board i.e, VTU and the teaching was done by the PPT presentation for theory subjects and for the Problematic subjects like Thermodynamics were done on the black board Exam time table is scheduled as per the board VTU

Class Size: 96Course Fees: INR 92700 per year

Placement Experience

from sixth semester students are eligible for placement Tcs Infosys bosch kirloskar and many companies visited the campus for placement and hired around 1500 studens arond 60% of total students are hired by many companies i'll go for higher education

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees is constant throughout the four year course there is no changes in tution fees the cost of complete education is 375000 govt scholarship are available for students but none from college for students

Dhavana is main fest of the college where all the extra-curricular activities are hosted and winners get prizes on main stage of the function There are many instagram accounts run by the students of the college

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are three sharing room only provided with cleaning and electricity facility washrooms are common to all and not maintained well meal quality is not eatable for registration process you need to go to the hostel office

Hostel Fee: INR 67000 per year

Admission

Eligibility for course is 50% in the 12th for general category and 45% in 12th for sc/st Application is online on kea website application fees is 650 frequency and timings of exams are decided by the University (VTU) not the college

Faculty

The teaching staff or faculty is really good and qualified form reputed institutes All the faculties were either M tech or Phd qualified the faculty to students ratio were also good we used to interact with teachers very regularly and they were supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

The cybersecurity curriculum in Dsu is designed to provide both theoretical foundations and practical experience in key areas such has security, linus and other related topics . With labs and workshops we get hands on experience on real world problems which help us during placement and internship . The faculty and the curriculum are up to date and help us learn the tools which are currently needed. Cybersecurity isn't just about IT it's also related to law(cybercrime laws),business(risk management) so introducing courses related to them can help students In cybersecurity certification is important so helping students to prepare for certification such has cissp, CompTIA and others can help students a lot Coming to the exams it's not that stressful we will have a month or two to prepare and me personally think 1 week is enough to clear it

We have a very supportive place we get a placement of placement opportunities from the final year and the sixth seven semester as well Top companies such as Accenture, TCS amaedus Schneider electric Siemens JSW, Wipro Z scaler. The placements at presidency university offers is average, the placements percentage is high but the packages are low, the highest was around 13L per Annum and average of around 3L per annum. Students are eligible for placements in third year, while having many opportunities for internships during the period of 4 years. There are various companies that visit our college for placements such as shell, tech Mahindra, dell, capgemini, and many more companies. My plan after degree is get a high paying job either through placements or self searched interviews

Placement Experience:

Placement of this college is decent. If students give thier maximum they will get it and the good part is, the college pushes us for placements and introduces many more things for good placements like placement programs. If they failed to give us campus placement, it is quite tough to get off campus placemnt because of the competiton.

Placement Experience:

this college offers a very good placemets in cse branch ,as the placemets season starts from 3rd year itself,and they provide various training to help students get placed in various companies,the average package in this college is arounf 4lpa and highest is around 22lpa which is very good,around 90% students get easily placed by the end of the 4th year, varous product and service based companies visit this college..,every year around 600+ offers are made and around 40+ comapnied easily visit collge every year, this college also has tie with the companies in termas of placements.

After the 5 th sem students will get eligible for the campus placement in my college . Some of the companies like Nokia ,Deloitte ,Johnson control, some startups , Infosys,Cisco, Capgemini and etc are some of the companies which selected students in the campus placement The highest package in my college was 30 lakh per annum and the average was 6 lakh per annum 90% students are placed during the placement in courses like ISE,CSEand Ece After I am getting the degree I will do a job and planning the masters from abroad

On average its good but the campus management needs to tackle down few below listed problems. Library should be open 24x7. Faculty should deliver lectures in the language understood to all. Labs must be accessible to all any time and permission for the same can be easily granted. It’s terrible now. Only lab assistants are there while guiding students. I request if corresponding faculty will be there to guide students it will be very helpful. Campus still has not wifi. Its a major drawback in digital era....Read More
