The College Provides placements to students from various companies like Infosys, Cognizant etc
The teachers were much friendly and their mode of teaching makes it easy to understand the topic.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum helped me to learn various programming languages like C programming, Java, PHP, Android Programming, Python, etc. They also encouraged us to learn some add-on courses which include Machine learning.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fees were comparatively less and affordable. The cost for my education cost overall of 1.75 Lakh. overall, I did not have any scholarship. The Fees were not increased at those times and per semester it cost around 25 to 30k.

Campus Life

Many academic fairs have been conducted in the college as Resonance, Zenorix etc. The college library contains a large amount of books which makes the students easier to refer the topics. Sports day is conducted in the college. But the overall participation was less.

Admission

The eligibility for BSc Computer Science was Plus Two. I applied through online. As I joined during the corona period I did not have any interviews or any exams at those times. I got a seat as merit and I joined the College.

Faculty

The teachers were having a good knowledge about the academics and their mode of teaching makes us easy to understand about the topics. They will clear all the doubts without any hesitation. They are much friendly to students.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester you could get in the practicing period for placements if you dont have any supply you could get placements and college provides internship from 3 rd semester. Highest packs could be goven bank and maybe delloit idk how much it is but an avg pack of 75k per month will be there. If you got skills you would get in there.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester you will be eligible for campus placements. Big banks like federal bank, south indian bank provide high placement package with the highest package being 60k per month. Other IT companies like Wipro,accenture, and deloit etc also provide high package placements.Almost 50 to 75 percent of students get placed after third year. My plan is if i get a good package I'll go for the placement or else I'll go for my masters degree

A Decent College for BSc chemistry students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed this degree for me to pursue higher studies in uk or foreign country to study cosmetics related field. So for that bsc chemistry degree must have But this curriculum doesn't teach something base to that I think so.. For further studies the teachers need improvement to teach certain topics some teachers didn't even prepare to study students and lab safety is not in the lab.Because of the teaching the portions are done in last minutes and often exams are difficult in major subjects so they need to improve their study methods and often approach students nicely..

Why you should/shouldn't join LISSAH

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Placement Experience:

From semester 5 the opportunity to get a job is out there. Many companies comes to interview and they swlect the apt ones. Sun, Mahendra etc are some of the companies i remember. The highesr package for freshers is like 15000 a month. There is a high percentage of students getting placements its 80-85%.My plan is to study masters.

I chose Bsc electronics, it has an attractive curriculum and some of them are influenced me in some way. The facilities are well-known about the curriculum preparing and all. The current curriculum is good but it needs some changes. Include more practicals is one of my suggestion. Teaching methods are good it doesn't need any change. Exams are conducted by Kerala University, so the college can't do anything in main exams but the college will complete all the portions before the exam date it is sure.
