Leisure Attendance - You don't need to worry about attendance
Freebies - Uniform, Records , Assignment books are free, covered in fee itself.

Dislikes

Small campus, just 2 building no ground or and other amenities
Campus does have a proper canteen, worst food in the canteen.

Course Curriculum Overview

The collage is completely VTU based and all the rules and regulation are followed as per VTU order, same for the course or syllabus. Relative teaching and 3 internals with equal gap in between. Teaching methods, most ppt via projectors and sometimes oral and black board is used.

Placement Experience

Worst at its peak. It's not even a 3rd tier collage in form of placements. Everything is blamed towards the market. Around 10 people were properly placed from CSE of 120 students. Other 15 or so for low wage or data entry jobs.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is same for all CET and General students -100180 .. and Management quota difference from 1.5 to 4 lakhs depends on marks and connection within the collage. If you are a Naidu you can get even less fee. Also scholarship is for SC and some reserved castes . Collage give seperate reward or scholarship for top 3 ranks in the collage of 10k or something.

Campus Life

The college offers quite a few events and extracurricular activities. It also focuses on outdoor and indoor games as it makes several events and cross college events and competitions. Social Clubs, Events, and Annual Days are part of a year academic and is done every year.

Admission

The admission was smooth as I was from CET. And nothing extra fee will be collected. Also the reservation benifits are for SC and other Backward Classes. Our collage is based and favours Naidus.. this menu benifit for them, they even get free girls hostel

Faculty

There are many good facilities and some are worst . The ratio is upon 1:40 students or less. Good principal, takes great initiative on any regards or complaints. Most teachers are friendly and communication or hear the things out.

Best Kept Secret

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum for this year is the updated one. Its 2025 Scheme for the students. The curriculum is well designed according to the needs of CSE students for real life coding. The curriculum contains all required and updated topics which students from CSE background require to develop excellent skills for jobs and startups. There should be only one internal exam instead of two. Because, two internal exams tend to keep them involved more into college exams leaving very less time to build their extra skills. Thus there should be only one internal exam so that students can build their extra skills.

MIT Manipal's Student Plaza is amazing!

Placement Experience:

MIT Manipal Placements starts at around 6th semester as atleast the training and all starts. So final interviews and all starts for us in the 7th semester and before entering 8th or the final semester most of the placements are already done. I still wants to pursue masters as our university has tie-ups with American universities and our course skills can be bettered with masters is what I feel.

MIT Manipal boast a night life worth spending!

Placement Experience:

Around 47 students in our course and in 2025 36 of them were placed and rest I don't think even applied as jobs were definitely available. Infosys, Polaris and others who are now world famous for building cyber security systems were at MIT Manipal to hire students.

5 month into the cmrit how it unfoleds for the freshers

Placement Experience:

the placements oppurtunity are there and you can grab a very good paackage from here. The highest is around 44 , average is 7 lpa. Students become eligible for final placemnts from 6-7 semester. Companies like thermo fisches , fractal , belc , hitachi and many other, have visited. The percentage of placemnt is quite high but people grabbing more than 30lpa is very few. after degree i want to go for job directly.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, college starts to prepare you for campus placements the final year students are eligible for placements. Number of companies visited the campus named TCS, Jspiders/Qspisers and Kodnest. The highest package got in the placement is 9lpa and average package is 3.5lpa offered by the companies. 40% of students got placed.
