Instrumentation is the variety of measuring instruments to monitor and control a process. It is the art and science of measurement and control of process variables within a production, laboratory, or manufacturing area.

Internships Opportunities

College internship was there in our final year.

Placement Experience

Yes many companies have come in IT sector, ITES or BPO sector and instrumentation sector but i did not get through as I have a less percentage. But to be frank the % of students getting placed is very less.

Fee Structure And Facilities

When i was studying the fee was only 35000 per annum. And i hav got re reimbursement but now the scenario has changed its around 65000 per annum and you will get only 35000 as reimbursement.

Campus Life

Campus life was pleasant, as the college was quiet disciplined. And extra curricular activities also there. And regarding labs, sports, competitions such as robotics and debates also it is good.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni is being conducted every year but the active participation of senior students was not yet started. My opinion is senior students should come forwarda and contribute their suggestions in getting the jobs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have many laboratories for practical knowledge. And also they providing other practical labs for us from other course related. They have installed a seperate computer lab or other elective labs for different branches. And also provide different assistants for every laboratories. They teach us well . Make us to make connections as per the circuit provided. They also teach us how they came into work in the real time life. Mainly they teach us how they are applicable to our real life. And also they preserve the projects and make juniors motivate and make them to learn.

Placement Experience:

The students can apply for internships from 3rd year, 2nd sem or from the end of 3rd year, 1st sem. Some of the notable companies that have visited the college were accenture, cognizant, tcs. I am planning to pursue masters after my degree completion over here. The highest package as per my knowledge is nearly 19 lakh. Most of the students are assured to get placed in bulk.

My view of Kmit

Placement Experience:

from 3 year 2 semester onwards the students can attend to placements without any active backlogs. The campies visited are drawin box,service now, real page,epam etc. the highest package is 44 lpa and average is 5 lpa. 45 per students have placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually my father was private employee from electrical background so that i choose the Electrical and Electronics branch. So this branch was learned me technically a lot. The course was very difficult but need a guts to chase this.Here practical knowledge also very important from basics and need teaching very neatly to explain such hard topics like mechanism and electronics too.We wrote our exam into twice at 6months by dividing 1-1 and 1-2 etc.The exam time was 3 hours its a sufficient time to write a student with focus and knowledge on topics.
