Exams are conducted on semester basis teaching method and curriculum needs to be based more on practical basis curriculum is wide and designed in a way that gives student knowledge about every aspect of business for ex: accounting, management, statistics, finance, economics etc..

Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fee per semester ranges 2000-3000 rupees. The exam fee 1200 rupeed and maintenance fee 200 rupees are levied separately. the complete cost including everything lies around 4000-5000 rupees Scholarship are provided only for students of Maharashtra domicile. Scholarship are provided for tution fee only. No scholarship is provided for stay in hostel. scholarship is given on reservation basis. there is no campus employment provided. hostels yearly charge is around 22000-35000
Campus Life
Lad conducts AURA festival yearly. It is the msin college fest where various performances are organised and volunteer work is done. College also organises soft skill development training, and other relevant courses. Miss lad contest is organised in college whete different rounds are conducted and the winner gets crowned as miss lad. College also takes different group of students to picnic for new adventures Lad college has a well acquiped library in the campus and students can avail thr facilities by making library card. There is nsc volunteers group of students who strives towards betterment of college The college also has a basketball court and chess, badminton and other sports equipment.

Faculties are well trained and have minimum 5-10 year experience. faculty is very friendly and always available. teachers have done phd in their subjects and well equipped with knowledge. the course is always completed within the stipulated time. classses are always engaging.
