Course Curriculum Overview

My curriculum (artificial intelligence and machine learning) has a good scope and a very good course. Teaching methods can be improved as it still includes some old school methods. Frequency of exams is high but that's ok and necessary too

Placement Experience

Students are eligible to sit for placements from 3-2 semester. Many companies visit the campus and most of the students are placed. Exact number is still undisclosed for obvious reasons. Average package is around 6 LPA

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees will be around one lakh 30 thousand per year. Scholarship provided for BC,SC,ST category students. Full fee reimbursement for students who did intermediate from government institutions. Also for students who got rank below 10k in ts eapcet

Campus Life

There are many clubs for social, cultural, technical events. College has some event going on for most of the time in year still not effecting the academic calender. Good opportunity for students to join various clubs and gain knowledge

Hostel Facilities

Many hostels around the college providing good food and accomodation. All basic facilities like room with proper electric supply,water supply,wifi etc are provided. Food is good although depends on hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 72000 per year

Admission

Can join college by counciling after ts eapcet. Branch maybe effected by rank you got. BC,SC,ST Students have a bit relaxation in ranks for admission. Exams will be conducted at end of semester(mids, externals)

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have many laboratories for practical knowledge. And also they providing other practical labs for us from other course related. They have installed a seperate computer lab or other elective labs for different branches. And also provide different assistants for every laboratories. They teach us well . Make us to make connections as per the circuit provided. They also teach us how they came into work in the real time life. Mainly they teach us how they are applicable to our real life. And also they preserve the projects and make juniors motivate and make them to learn.

Yeah the course is little bit difficult ???? the teaching methods and classes and the timetable is overall ok....there is no freedom yaar.there will be weektests and unit tests mid exams sem exams so, many will be there.and during labs we have to be behave well because during labs the main strength will be with teachers

Placement Experience:

The students can apply for internships from 3rd year, 2nd sem or from the end of 3rd year, 1st sem. Some of the notable companies that have visited the college were accenture, cognizant, tcs. I am planning to pursue masters after my degree completion over here. The highest package as per my knowledge is nearly 19 lakh. Most of the students are assured to get placed in bulk.

My view of Kmit

Placement Experience:

from 3 year 2 semester onwards the students can attend to placements without any active backlogs. The campies visited are drawin box,service now, real page,epam etc. the highest package is 44 lpa and average is 5 lpa. 45 per students have placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually my father was private employee from electrical background so that i choose the Electrical and Electronics branch. So this branch was learned me technically a lot. The course was very difficult but need a guts to chase this.Here practical knowledge also very important from basics and need teaching very neatly to explain such hard topics like mechanism and electronics too.We wrote our exam into twice at 6months by dividing 1-1 and 1-2 etc.The exam time was 3 hours its a sufficient time to write a student with focus and knowledge on topics.
