Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are available for various sectors like manufacturing, banking, FMCG, insurance, IT, etc.. Most of the companies which comes for internships provide good stipend. It can be of 2 months or 3 months depending on the project and after a successful completion of your internship you've to make a report for the same for college

Placement Experience

Placements are good considering the fees which is charged by XISS. The overall ROI is great and most of the big MNCs and organisations come for the college placements. It completely depends on the individual how he/she cracks the interview. College gives everyone the opportunity to sit for the placement process

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is simple. It is divided in trimesters for 2 year I.e. 6 trimesters in total. You can easily apply for loan if you want to opt for it and there are various scholarships opportunities depending on your academics and cultural activities. Placements are good when considering the fees

Campus Life

Overall experience is good when considering the amount of time and money you invest. There are various clubs which can help you to get experience depending on your choice and preference. Amenities like basketball court, gymnasium and music room is available for everyone. There is college fest every year and various other fests. Overall a very good experience.

The admission process is simple you have to apply in the official website and provide basic information regarding your educational background and CAT/XAT/CMAT score and after that if you get short listed you will get a call for GDPI process

Faculty

Most of the faculty have the expertise from the industry which helps the students for a better learning environment.. you can call them anytime for doubts without hesitation. Very helpful for overall growth of an individual

Interview Experience

There was a group discussion and then a personal interview for the admission process which was very smooth. Criteria is mentioned in the official website and you can prepare accordingly. When we talk about campus placement, there there is hundred percent placement in our college, which makes our college best option to go in corporate world as it gives opportunity to be the part of big companies and gain experience from them when Become about eligibility after second semester, the student eligible to sit in the placement round as per now I can't disclose the company's name, but the offers are made like 8 to 12 lakhs for HR and marketing data analytics. Company are also coming for the placement when we become about highest and average packages in first year, we get to 8 to 12 lakhs, but after which company it becomes double as per our performance in the past company.

Placement Experience:

In one batch, there are two placement seasons - Summer Internship- from August to January during the first year. The duration of the internship is April-May. During the send year the final placements starts from october to January. There are well-renowned companies that visit the campus along with top MNCs. The highest package tends to be between 40-50 Lakhs, and the average is around 20-25 Lakhs. All the students get placed in very good roles. Any students to passes from IIM Ranchi , prefers to join the corporate for the next 5-10 years.

The students are interviewed for their summer internships right after the first semester. Some students secure a PPO. The rate is 30 percent. Then in the second year, the students sit for placements right after the fifth semester exams. The placement rate is 100 percent. The companies visited is around 120-150. The highest package is generally offered by a investment banking firm. The highest package is around 75 LPA. The average package is around 25 LPA. Everyone gets placed and the institute never ask anyone to sign out forcefully from the process. After getting the degree, almost everyone joins the firm he or she is placed in.

Not very tough. XISS accepts all tests like CAT, CMAT, XAT etc. Simple written test, GD and a round of interview. If u r from SC, ST and OBC it's a cake walk. Once u r selected, u will called to Ranchi for admission process. They are following 1950's method....Read More
