The lab setup and, the professors are amazing.
Everything is scheduled in a very good manner.

Dislikes

Restrictions are way too much. As a biotechnology student,they should provide some exposure.
There is no placement cell and, you end up getting no return on your high investment if not going for research career.

Course Curriculum Overview :

If you wanna study hard like a nerd and, has a deep interest in digging up into the world of science,only then I will suggest you to get into it. Research asks for patience.you will face a lot of struggles in this field in India... especially when the field is still growing.

Class Size : 200Course Fees : INR 370000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Interships are availed to you by professors if cmyou connect with them. You can also apply for them by your own. But, it's better to have a referral.internships and, placement is not there is in uni...which a biggest flaw.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

From any private university,it will cost around 3.5-4 lacs . Scholarships are there for North eastern people and, people who are under economically weaker section. Scholarships are of around 15k to 20k for an whole year.

Campus Life :

It was nice.the infrastructure was 8/10. The lab 8/10. Professors 7/10. Campus life7/10. Five fold activities are something that will let you help in growing in other fields.this one thing is a very big pro thing .

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel fees were around 25k for an year.meals were served on time and ,in my hostel ,it was good.you don't get any AC in your room though,there is only a ceiling fan.the rooms are not attached with washroom

Hostel Fee : INR 25000 per year

Admission :

There is no entrance exam.you can direct admissions until seats are not filled.it is based on the 10+2 performance and, you need your 12th from PHYSICS chemistry and biology.i am not very much aware of reservations

Faculty :

The faculty to student ratio is okay. There are few professors who are there to help you out.but, the thing is they are not very updated regarding the internships or anything.And, they are not able to guide you if it ain't research.

Benefits of college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

My interest is already in that curriculum so that I don't think much to choose the course. It was easy to understand me and in school my stream is relevant to it. In this course many academic pursuits there are and has much scope in future. In this college curriculum prepares so well for real world applications. Umm they have to improve in practical sector because it is the easiest way to learn something. I should prefer to perform practicals of particular topics. The difficulty level is medium and frequency and timing of exam is quite good.
