Likes

The University provides us with ample opportunities in whichever field you're pursuing.
The University is surrounded by greenery and it's infrastructure is regarded as one of the beautiful among most of the colleges in Jharkhand.
The faculties here are very much supportive and provides us with mentorship whenever needed.

Dislikes

The canteen could have been better in aspect to food and where it is situated.

Course Curriculum Overview

The University conducts two internal and an external examinations per semester. The course curriculum has been divided into modules which are completed within a specific period of time. The also provides us preparatory holidays before exams.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fees are much reasonable as compared to other private Universities. But while admission process they gives us scholarships based on our merit and also the college entrance exam. They have financing facilities for students who are unable to pay the full fee.

Campus Life

We can witness ample college festivals and extracurricular activities throughout the year. They organise technical fests like Technika, Management fest like Shikhar, annual sports day i.e. Runbhoomi, etc. Theses fests keep us engaged throughout the year. So overall the ambience is very lively. They also different clubs which increases the horizons of students.

Admission

I took admission on the basis of merit and AJUCET ( entrance exam). We can fill the application forms in the city office or college. They have also separate scholarships for reserved category students. There are two internal and an external examinations per semester.

Faculty

Most of the faculties are post graduates and some are doctorates. So they have immense knowledge regarding whichever subject they teach. The student to faculty interaction is very friendly. We can reach out them whenever it is needed. Since I'm a Computer Science student so I often need to interact with them and their advice have always worked for me. The faculties teach in a very interactive manner through ppt's and by providing notes.

AFFORDABLE EDUCATION WITH SCOPE FOR GROWTH

Placement Experience:

after 7 th semester we are eligible for placement a very companies come here to visit cause earlier some of companies comes here but they don't get quality student so they just stop to coming here however for palcement top candidates are selected and sent to tecno india kolkata as this college is managed by tecno india group where after interview they got placement so if you have good knowledge and coding skills may be you got a interview call some companies like acceture and wipro comes here the ece branch and cse branch got some placements. i don't know the exact numbers but in last year around 25 offers was made among which the most paying was 9 lacs per annum secured by a senior name harsh dwivedi from cse branch here's the profile linkedin. com/in/harsh-dwive di-208b00228/. most of the students from opt for higher studies or psus through GATE and my objective is also same opting for M.TECH.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from their sixth semester. From the latest 2023-24 placement data more than 50 companies like Vedanda Resources, ITC, Samsung, Yamaha Motors, Tata Steel, JSW Steel, Tata Power, Aditya Birla Group, Adani Group, L&T etc. came for placement drive and offered more than 520 offers to students and its increasing tremendously year by year. The highest package offered on campus was 16lpa by Vedanta Resources and average package of batch stood at 7.57 lpa. The top ten percent of the class recieved an average package of 13lpa and average package of top twenty five percent stood at 9.30lpa . The percentage of students placed in whole batch was 82.20% . My plans are not very fixed as I will be exploring different fields which lie upon my interest.

Trust me, you don't want to take admission here I have deep experience here, Problems are as follows ???????? 1. fine for less attendance 2. you won't be able to give internals (20/100)with less than 75 attendance 3. bus service is really bad you will be harrassed and it's super inefficient 4. don't trust their salesman they say bunch of lies 5. classes are really congested and no proper ventilation (F block) 6. power cut happens and because of point no. 5 sitting in class is ???? 7. teachers are friendly but they can't help you 8. pointless assignment criteria 9. each period attendance is taken and don't expect it to be right, you need to verify your attendance every period, or else 75% criteria is there...Read More
