- I liked the campus as it has plenty of trees

- The college life is fun here, senior are also helpful
Dislikes
- Old lecture theaters, some times the projectors are not working sometimes the ac is not working
- First year hostel is outside the campus, so it becomes a bit difficult sometimes
- The main hostels are very old and require renovation
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum here is very practical based which includes dissection on cadavers, bone demonstration, hematology practicals, postings, biochem practicals etc. As the curriculum is very practical it prepares you well for the real world applications. Areas of improvement can be reduced written work and assignments. We have exams every 2-3 months which can be passes easily if you are consistent in your studies
Internships Opportunities
After the completion of mbbs, we have to do the mandatory internship in the government hospital (CIMS) situated right next to the college building, in the internship we have to attend the postings of every department and have to deal with real patients
Fees and Financial Aid
As it is a government institution the Tuition fee is very minimal (50k) and hostel fee is also minimal (10k). Students with reservation get scholarship ranging from 50-60k, but there is no such scholarship policies for ur students.
Campus Life
The campus life is generally fun here, rhythm is the annual event here in which loads of activities are held and it takes place every year. The classroom is well tech oriented with projectors also the library has a huge variety of books. There are no such clubs active here
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is not that good, sometimes we face water shortage sometimes frequent electricity outage, the mess food is not that good but edible.you are alloted a hostel during the admission process itself for which you have to write an application and pay the hostel fee
Admission
You have to give neet to get a seat in this college. The admission process takes place after the neet counselling and requires many documents and you will also have to get a medical certificate from the college itself
Faculty
Some faculties are very dedicated here some are not so but they always try to make sure from their side that they have taught the topic atleast once. Each department has approx 5-6 proffs in general including the hod, assistant professor, demonstrator and pgs. The proffessors here are well qualified in their fields (md,phd)
