Likes

Various events are organised.. most of them are hosted by students in which there is a team including juniors and seniors..it gives a life time experience and lessons as well.. lessons vary from person to person due to their imaginative skills
Students and colleague are free to interact share thoughts among each other.. a healthy bond is share.
Some of the faculty members are extremely good they not just only teach you about for field but also help in grooming your personality

Dislikes

Various events that happens have their own negetive side that security of the students and other faculty members is compromised
With some extremely intorellent faculty members they just destroys your mental health making you feel like dumb not helping you at all to grow up

Course Curriculum Overview

Wide range of fields. Can be practical in our daily life. Teach us about how important our mental physical and social life is. As psychology is subject that deals with humans mind it is very easy to appoint yourself as a counselor helping other members as well.

Class Size: 27Course Fees: INR 9700 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees was of 9700 of first year. After taking admission the fee structure is very low like only about 4300. As mt campus is quit far so I travel through autos which sometimes is heavy to pay but transport facility is provided after every 6 months we need to pay rupees 2000 for it. Scholarship are of almost no use they are only 10 percent of the total money spend.

Campus Life

Sir Syed week is celebrated in October. There is dinner hosted for students by the faculty members 2 times in a session. Various events and fests are being organised. Wide range of books are available but all are of extremely old version. Horse riding,eco-friendly clubs, basketball,swimming pool, skating, hockey, football, badminton etc trainers are also provided. And other clubs like singing drama film making event planning are also there . There are also short term and long term skill development course providing a handful amount of money to the students.

Admission

You need to be 17+. Should have passed with good marks Must qualify the entrance examination. www.amuexamcontroller.com ? website Reservation is there . 5 to 10 Grace marks are given toh them . 2 hours long entrance examination which is sometimes quiet tough. Min marks required to qualify is 55/100

Faculty

There are professor assistant professor PhD holders research scholars appointed for better understanding every topic have a teacher appointed for it. Some teach you morals as well to go along in your life some just complete it as a burden on them.

Placement Experience:

?I dont remeber clearly about the eligibjlity process but i think from the sem5 students are eligible for the placement campus im not sure about it ?many companies like Pan India ,Sbi ,axis bank etc visited in the campus ?the avarage package i have seen from the student got the 4 to 5 Lpa And the hight i think its 13Lpa ?60% PECENTAGE OF STUDENTS getting placemnets ? my plans are diffrent ,after completing my degree i want to go further for the film making

All you need to know before getting admission in B.A course at A.M.U

Placement Experience:

Final year students are eligible for campus placement. However the campus placement doesn't prove very helpful. Few people get placement from B.A courses. Students of B.Com and B.Sc are more likely to get placement.

Remarks:

Any of my siblings studied from this college which gave me a clear view of the environment of this college from the start. It was also very close to my home making it easier for me to commute daily. And as I always wanted to study in an all girls college, this seemed a better option. It had good faculty and infrastructure making it different from other colleges around.
