Likes

there are 2 120 seaters and one 240 seater for bigger classes or lectures. these are air conditioned. and well lit also.
the girls hostel is very good. it stays quite cold even during hot summers. it is spacious and 3 sharing
the cirruculum is very well desgined and it is oriented towards modern learning.

Dislikes

the faculty is not great, it is decent they dont provide students with load of opputunites.
initally this was a very corrupt college. but now with the new director things are actually becoming better.

the curriculum is quite modern and is upto the recent times. and the faculty is not able to teach well. they try their best to do so. but students need to push from their side to be better. I am in ECE course and i feel that the faculty is quite decent. if you are able to study then this is fine

Fees and Financial Aid

i am not sure about the scholorhships in our college. but there is some facility for ST SC students that they can avail by asking the college staff itself. but there is nothing as such for general studnets. the tution fee for us is like 1200000 in total. there is no campus employment.

Campus Life

campus life is nice. girls have intime of 930 which is not great and not liked by the studnets. the liibrary had textbooks for all. but the avaiability of novels is less. the literary club is trying to bring in more books if possible which will be seen necxt year.

Admission

the admission took palce through JEE mains score. this college can be easliy available to students with 95 percentile or above. and even 94-93 for females due to 20 percent supernumerary this ear. the exams are conductued every 2 months and are of decent difficulty.

Faculty

the facult members are well qualified and have good experience. there are new additional faculties who are visiting from iit dharwad, iit delhi and technion university. they would really be able to provide good oppurtunities for the students. the faculty student ratio may be like 20 to 1.

Placement Experience:

Student become eligible for campus selection in their third semester like I in the sector semester will have someone internships where students will get to know about the industry they will work for many companies in internship and then they will be eligible for the interviews in the 4th year itself like the last two semesters the companies visitor in BMS College of engineering Amazon Google Microsoft and top companies all that all the most top companies because the strength of VMS College of engineering + killed students are very high percentage of students getting placed is like 7030 as in the 30% many of them of 2 highest teddy and some of them do research and other stuff so I would say 70% of them get placed and 30% of them do highest studies place do business and other stuff like star startups mostly I also do higher studies in doing MBA or masters in other fields of interest if I get a good placement I will do job for 1 hour 2 years and then do highest studies

Placement Experience:

There is college placements in here. The students studying in 7th semester are eligible for campus placements. They should also not be having any backlogs. There are various companies that visit our college. Some of them are Infosys, Wipro, L and T, TCS, Anventure etc. On an average around 70% to 80% students get placed who are eligible for placements. I actually plan on joining a IT company for a reasonable salary just for experience purpose. And then pursue higher studies

The college with good staff!!
