Likes

My college has good Ambience and good environment surrounding the college. It is nice to study there
My college is good in cultural activities and participating competitions..They support wisely.
The faculties are so experienced and it is so easy to understand the topics.

Dislikes

The uniform that they implemented this year. I didn't liked that Colour code
They don't support us in physics and sports activities. They are not supporting us for attending competitions
College is feeling like so strict and not able to enjot the college life. Its a sad thing.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is so good and they are using the digital and technical side to implement classes. It is so easy to understand then. Our curriculum is most modern based and interesting to study. My course is computer science engineering and i am satisfied with the course and the curriculum.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There are scholarships for students coming from poor family with average or above marks. And they are also supporting the toppers and excellers. I am a merit by admission student and i am paying 75000 per year. If I was a management admission student, I should pay 100000 per year

Campus Life

My overall experience about the campus is much good when I compared to my friends from other colleges. I am happy yo study there. I am first year student and satisfied in the college ambience, academics, faculties, staffs, etc. I suggest a improvement is needed in the physical and sports activities section.

Admission

Admission process was so smooth for me. I got enough marks on my higher secondary education and so it was easy for the admission and to get a seat. The faculties and staffs provided a great support in the admission section. I am satisfied with the admission steps.

Faculty

Faculties are so good and quiet good in teaching. It is so easy to understand the topics and we are getting good marks in exams.I am happy to say that our college is good in academics better than other colleges nearby. It is the most important thing that a college should have and here it is.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements are good, can be better. This year the average is 15L and median is 12L and highest is 50L for ece, the percentage of placed students in ece is also greater than 80%.In the 3rd year students are taken for interships and those may convert to placements and for 4th year students placements will start from the start of their 4th year itself.For ece meesho, dell, texax instuments and many other companies came, meesho paid the highest salary in ece.My plan is to secure a good job in core company.

Nit Calicut - Good Side and Worse Side

Placement Experience:

we get placements mostly in the post 6th sem or in 7th sem. Some major companies like texas instruments offer good packages here. others include meesho, goldmans sachs, dell, bpl. Highest package is around 50lakh for ece students and around 70 lakh for cse. more than 80 percent get placed from cse and ece but is only around 20 percent in branches like production engineering, engineering physics. less core companies than it ones

MEC Thrikkakkara: Strong Academics and Placements, but Room for Infrastructure Growth

Placements are the main highlight of our college.Highest package offered this year was 52 lpa by D.E shaw &Co . Average package was around 8lpa. Almost all students from CSE and ECE were placed . Companies: Redbus, Deloitte,TCS,UST Global etcs. Students from sem 6-7 are eligible for placements.
