- The faculty here is really good. They are in their subjects and also very helpful in solving student's doubts in or after class.
- Discipline is taken very seriously and any bad behaviour swiftly punished by the teachers and the HOD. This ensures a positive learning environment for the students.

- Extra-curricular activities like sports are not included in the the college time-table.
- The sports facilities are not up to the mark as per cirrent sports requirements
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is not very relevant from the perspective of actual industry requirements and needs aside from a few subjects and courses. It is very comprehensive and covers the basics of Engineering very well but it is also outdated. I think the syllabus should be updated according to the current rends and requirements.
Placement Experience
The college offers IN-CAMPUS placement opportunities to all students in their last year where reputed companies like Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Amazon, HCL etc. come to recruit students. The highest package this year was 58lac and the average package was around 6lac.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fees is around 1.15-1.2lac for Btech.Aside from that you have to pay a registration and admission of around 10k at the time of admission. Also there is a Aktu exam registration fee of about 2000 which is to be paid every semester. The total cost of completing the Btech course excluding the accommodation and food would come out to be 5.5lac.
Campus Life
I had an overall positive experience. There are various annual festivals like Unifest, Freshers Union etc. Also technical festivals like hackathons and coding camps are organised monthly by various clubs and organisations. All classroom are equipped with Metal desks, a blackboard and whiteboard, a projector, Air conditioner and cooler in the summers.
Admission
The admission process is very straightforward. You can directly go to the GCET website and apply for your desired course. You can either enter on the basis of your JEE Or other competitive exam score which are conducted yearly or take direct admission via your 12th marksheet. For taking admission through JEE the minimum percentile needed is about 90%.
Faculty
All the faculties are at least Phd holders and are alumini of top institutes like IITs and NITs.They are well learned and experienced in their respective fields. The teachers are very approachable and willing to clear students doubts and queries. We can interact with teachers in Doubt Discussion periods which are scheduled everyday.
