It is central institute. Which provides good opportunities
It provides much better xposure and hand zone.

Dislikes

Stipend is very low in internship in 5th year.
Academic session is bit late from other other institute.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very tough as we study about animals. The B.V.SC and AH is almost similar to M.B.B.S and In PG is also interesting to study in which we completes our masters in particular topics and subjects.

Internships Opportunities

The internships opportunities are there even though they are much better than others colleges. The academic faculty of college send us to different colleges for internship and for better xposures and good hand zone.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees Is not affordable to pay it is not that much costly. The college also provides scholarship that is 36000 per year. There is campus employment for ug graduates and PG graduate in many different divisions.

Campus Life

The campus is full of trees so there is very fresh air and we feel very grateful to be in IVRI . They provide us very good hostels and leacture halls and classes and lab for practicals . There are many clubs too to increase extra curriculum activities.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is very nice because it is newly made . Has very good hostels rooms with furniture given like beds and tables for study , cabard to keep clothes and personal belongings and chairs also . Has near and clean bathrooms.

Hostel Fee: INR 14000 per year

Admission

The admission is totally based on NEET merit and vci counselling and there are payment seats also. for management kota. The cutoff of general is 35000 The cutoff of OBC is 45000 The St / Sc is 65000 And so on .

Faculty

They are mostly UG,PG and PHD graduated . and they are also experts in there fields . The teachers are very good and teaching and they provides very good study material. And explain us the topics very well.

Interview Experience

No we don't face any written test and interview but before coming to college we talk to our senior by social media platforms like instagram , facebook , twitter , telegrams To ask about college and it's perks.

Pursuing BVSc and AH

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course gives you the right to treat animals and pursuing you a very respectful degree. There is no improvement I need in course curriculum and teaching methods because the teachers are so experienced and the teachers are studies from a very high rated institute such as IVRI Bareilly. The difficulty level of exams is moderate and it is not easy like other degrees such as Btech, Biotechnology etc. You have to study so hard and regularly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

When I didn't get into MBBS at first, I used to run away from veterinary because it was never my first choice, but as I kept growing, I got to know the opportunities and vastness of this field, which motivated me to keep going. You can do whatever you want after BBVSc, be it a government job as an VO or preparing for civil services, or you can open your own clinic in any city. Exams happen every 3 months or 3 times, which you have to pass so that you can sit in final exams that happen just after the 3rd internals. Internals usually are easy, while final exams are moderate and hard, along with the practicals also.

Life of a Veterinary Student at SVPUAT, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course, i.e. Veterinary Sciences, because I was keenly interested in the research areas in animal biology right from my formative years. I gained inspiration from my father and his colleagues who worked as research scientists at ICAR ( Indian Council of Agricultural Research). The faculty-student ratio is good, everything is according to the rules laid down by the government, as it is a state government institution. All the faculties of our college are doctors and PhD degree holders. The teaching method includes marker-whiteboards, projectors and learning by observation of the specimen. As of now, according to MSVE-2016, the schedule is annual, which includes three internal assessments and one external assessment at the end of each year. The duration of the course is 5.5 years, which includes one year of internship. Since it is a professional course, the subjects are not easy, and a consistent amount of hard work is required to retain the acquired knowledge and pass.

Best vet college in coming years

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements during the internship programmes. Placement shell is available at the university level. Various immunologicals companies, feed firms, etc. visits. others go for government Veterinary officer in states like U.P. or Gujarat. Placement is almost 100% if someone wants to serve as a veterinary officer in Gujarat.

Personally I didn't applied for other colleges as I already choose this college long ago. Eligibility for admission is to Qualify NEET and score well. There are two ways to take admission - 1st through VCI counciling and 2nd IVRI councelling.
