Course Curriculum Overview

I have joined in Computer science and engineering course. It's good and our course curriculum is nice and in every sem we have one programming language. This is very good and you can learn so much at the end of engineering.

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 267000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The hod and the lectures of each department help us to get the internships. But most of them are like paid ones. The college will refund the amount if we submit the certificates of the internships. This helps with the placements.

Placement Experience

Placements in our college is quite good. If you choose CS background courses you will get well placed. I think as of my seniors told average is around 8 lpa and highest package in around 30 lpa. So placements are good.

Fees and Financial Aid

Coming to mine I have joined this college through comedk and my fees is quite high that is around 2.6 lakhs per year so If you come through comedk You have to pay that. Coming to scholarships you can get them based on your rank and some other things like caste.

Campus Life

My life in this college is good and I was in 2 nd year now. We have so many clubs like dance, media ,drama etc they will held events in the college. Coming to sports are also good and our college participate in all sports. You can go if you are interested in any sport. They will encourage.

Admission

As before told I came to this college through comedk. For CSE the cutoff is around 15k. In Comedk there is no reservation I think you won't get any reservation through comedk if you caste is like sc or st

Faculty

Professors in DSATM are very well experienced. Mostly. everyone have PhD and other good degrees. Every professor is friendly with students and solve our doubts at any time. So faculty is very nice in DSATM.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say academic wise. There is nothing much happening right now in first year, but then there are many events like hackathons happening where and we can participate and learn a lot even our first year and we have English film and Japanese film, which is basically a whole language club and there are a lot of activities happening such as debate and all, which is obviously helping us gain a lot of public speaking skills and confidence.

Engineering life :Mixed emotions and doubts

I had applied for colleges through KCET and COMEDK but didn't participate in counseling because of my 12th percentage. I've come here through the management quota. Students must have passed their 12th and should have written entrance exams for eligibility for this college.Cutoffs were very high this year and hence couldn't get a seat till the 2nd round in COMED K. The admission process is ok, but the resume entry and VTU registration were rushed. The management wasn't clear with students, and some of the students admissions were cancelled as per the reports. I don’t recommend to join this campus
