- There is not a lot of restrictions as compared to other colleges
- The university conduct a lot of fest and events , give student chance to explore !
- There are a lot of clubs which promotes extra curricular activites and helps in developing skills of a student.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not so good including cleanliness
- University's functionality is not structured. Information never reaches to students on time.
Course Curriculum Overview
Bachelors in technology in svvv is a well-recognized course. The syllabus covers all the necessary topics that are required in the tech world. There are general elective courses that are based on new technologies. However, teaching methods and approaches can be improved so that a student can learn better.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible from 4 th year. Several companies like Accenture and TCS come in placement drive. Packages offered were 4 lpa -7lpa. A student needs to maintain a 6.5 cgpa to be eligible for placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fees increase when a new batch starts so that a student knows what will be the fees for the next four years. But at the time of admission, students should ask if there is a chance of a fee increment. Cs core has 45,000 and specialisation batches have 12000. Scholarships are available for students with good grades and for students who belong to SC, SC, and OBC.
Campus Life
The university organized an annual fest named "spandan". There are various clubs that promote the skills development of students. Computer labs are given to students but usually updated software is not available. The various clubs' names are Nataraj the Dance Club, Amogh Photography Club, Sandarsh Media Club, Manas the Literary Club, and many more.
Admission
Admission is based on JEE mains marks. However, svvv conducts entrance exams of their own too. The entrance exam of SVVV is an online exam, it consists of mcqs. The format may vary according to the new structure of the exam.
Faculty
One faculty teaches a class of 60 students. It do not affect learning of students but some teaching of some faculties are difficult to understand. Students can approach faculty whenever they want in working hours.
