there are many trees and plants in the college
college enviornment is very good and clean
there is a big library which have lots of books

there is no college life at all, it is very strict
the taste and type of the the food is very bad
cool air does not come from the coolers in the hostel

Course Curriculum Overview

the course is good. it prepares me for the real world applications. the teching method is also good as well. the timing of exams is there is gap of 1-1.5 months b/w mid terms and the university exams starts after 4-5 months after the semester starts

Placement Experience

from 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. there are many companies visited like infosys, sophos, juspay and many more. the highest package offer last year was about 45lpa. my plans after getting degree to be a good data analyst.

Fees and Financial Aid

the tution fee of the college was 50900 rs per semester. and the hostel fee 106000rs per year. i dont know about any scholarships in the college, maybe some scholarships for the girls. the complete cost of my education is about 8-9 lakhs

Campus Life

the name of the annual fest is pravah which is held once a year. there are so many books in the library for college syllabus and for GATE preparation. the facilities in the classroom is average. and many sports in the coolge like football, cricket, basketball, table tennis, badminton, volleyball.

Hostel Facilities

one table and a bed provided by the hostel. the food is not so good. there are 4 meals in a day 1st is breakfast at 7 to 8 in the morning, 2nd is lunch from 11am to 12.30 pm, 3rd is refreshment in the evening and 4th is dinner 7pm to 9pm.

Hostel Fee: INR 106000 per year

Admission

eligibility of the course is PCM. you can find application form in the college and on the college website. and you can take admission by the marks you scored in 12th boards and in jee mains. the cut-off is about 85+ for computer science

Placement Experience:

Jecrc have average placement they show 55 lakh package on advisement and 6 lakh at average placement, but I talked with senior they say placement is not good from jecrc. But I thought have good placement in jecrc university.

Decent college for the girls

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for summer internship (after 3rd year) from start of 3rd year (5th sem) and for the placements, companies come to the college from 7th semester onwards. Companies like jo Morgan, Deloitte, Flipkart, goldman sachs , PepsiCo ,oracle,bny ,ubs , rippling etc come here for placements, some of them come for 2months and 6months internship too. Average package offered by them is 9-10 lpa , jpmc , Goldman, visa they offer till 12 lpa and it can go up for some of the companies . Most of the companies allow to sit for 6.5cgpa and above but some of them allows 7.5 and above cgpa and jpmc allows 8.5cgpa and plus as far I know till now . I am currently looking forward to work in a company and get a placement.

The field of elctronics and communication engineering allows one to deal with electronics and learn all the possible tinkering with them which is a very fascinating part as all the gadgets possible today were made of them. The curriculum does satisfy this thirst by teaching about them in the class of electronics and electricals and then experimenting in the lab with them . The areas for improvement could be that if a student is interested in a specific field then should be allowed to venture that field throughly instead of sitting in every class , but that is an imrovement for the indian education system as as whole . Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I like computer science and I can see my future in this course. The current ratio in computer science courses is around 1:5. And we don't have technical communication teaching at present and the college is saying that they will recruit teachers as soon as possible. The student-teacher ratio in all the branches is around 1:3. All facilities are well qualified and teach well but they are not permanent and hence they may or may not be changed next year. There are two semesters in each year and an examination is conducted after each semester. The difficulty level of these exams ranges from moderate to difficult.

My experience at SKIT College

I choose this college because this college us ranked no 1 in rajasthan for technical education. This is nirf ranked and RTU affiliated college but this college is become Autonomous. No i only applied for this college so I do not get any rejections from other colleges. Admission process is In jee you need to score more than 94 percentile to secured a Computer Science branch,there is also a management quota in that 5 lakh is given to college apart from college fees to get desired branch. I am only apply for this college as my first choice of reap counselling and my favourite branch computer science and engineering . And I got it in 1st round of counselling at 91.6 percentile.
