  • Some of the faculty members aren't that good. They teach for the sake of teaching, not paying attention whether the students are able to understand it or not.
  • The college is far from the main north campus region. It lies in civil lines.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Though my course is known to be of high value. It has a better placement opportunities as compared to other courses. But some of the subjects like fit India, are of no use. We were not taught anything. Instead, we used to sit ideally in the ground. But we were asked to make the practical files of more than 20 pages. It was really hectic. This new education policy has put a burden on the students. Moreover we were being taught about swatch Bharat abhiyan, but the no. of paper water in making files were much more than that of our core papers. How is it swatch Bharat with this amount of wastage of resources?

Internships Opportunities :

Though DU provides a lot of internship opportunities. But I feel that my college doesn't inform clearly about all this. So we lose that opportunity. DU students had the opportunity for summer internships but we were not informed on time. We got to know about it after the students of other colleges were selected.

Placement Experience :

Though I've heard that the college placement is good for economics honours. But it's still low as compared to other colleges. It's just 6 LPA. though I'm not sure about my future plans, but I'll probably give CDS.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees is quite low. It's around 27000, but still the fees for my college is much more than that of other colleges. Maybe because of the infrastructure. And coming to the scholarship part, I didn't enroll in one. Though I've seen my college helping people in need with free hostel facilities. But the college is strict if we want to work and grow. Or prepare for something huge. The college doesn't support that. The attendance issue is a big problem.

Campus Life :

Since I'm an introvert person, so I've not interacted much. But overall college societies are a good way to improve your social life. I've been a part of Dramatics society but it's very hectic. You need to work alot.

Admission :

I got this college through CUET (Common University entrance test) My score in CUET was 719 out of 800. Though this college was not my first preference. But it was amongst top ten. The exam was of moderate level. You just need to focus on your 12th syllabus. And you'll easily get a good score.

Faculty :

Though some of the faculty members have been if the Delhi University themselves, and are good at teaching, while others are not. I've also met a teacher who has worked with the world bank. We're blessed with these highly educational and talented teachers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I pursued a bachelor's of arts hons. In applied psychology. The name itself shows that it is an applied science field and must contain field visits and hands-on experience for more applied knowledge and experience but there was nothing done of sorts to expand our knowledge base about practical application of principles. But apart from this, the theoretical knowledge was vast which gave us enough knowledge about the theories and stuff.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In the case of courses, ignore offers a lot of courses that I teach. It depends on the student. If you have to only focus on your main subject (like economics after all business), they give you various types of courses in their university, but it seems it was distance learning, so proper guidance will not be provided by the university. But I took my BAM (bachelors).

Course Curriculum Overview:

At first, didn't seem very relevant but slowly, gradually as you dwell more depeer and start researching about the texts or novels or dramas that were there in the curriculum, it starts making more sense and you can actually relate to all of it in a much better way. But ofcourse it takes time and effort to do so.

Talking about the course I will not suggest much people to opt for the BA course until u r really up for the government thing or u r into Arts studies because apart from that this course doesn't offer much but yes go for it in our college because the faculty is really educated and well trained for that

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course structure is comprehensive as I am from a language course so for me it's quite hard to manage alongwith the optional course that is compulsory in graduation. The faculty is equipped with the language lab for the audio and visual experience to the students. The exams are conducted on the regular basis, 4 exams including first sessional second sessional mid term and end sem. The difficulty levels depend on the Professors mood.

Placement Experience:

From the fith semester(third year) you become eligible for placements. The placement in my college is pretty good. The highest package offered was 10 - 12 lakhs. The average package was 5-6 lakhs. Almost 80% students get placed.
