I choose biotechnology engineering to work in the field of research. I had the guidance of one of my cousins who had also studied biotech engineering. So, I felt this course could benefit me and fulfil my needs. So, we have 8 semesters in 4 years, that is 2 semesters every year. This gives us enough time to study and keep up with exams. The term exams are held every semester, as each sem ends within 5-6 semesters, these exams are difficult honestly. But, if we prepare for these exams from the first, we won't be facing much difficulty.

Our college provides very good placements, sometimes it might not be related to the subject which we have studied. It's better to go for higher studies or go in search of job in companies in the outer world. The highest package was 12LPA, that is actually a very good salary to be placed at.

The fee I am paying right now is 1lakh per year. I got only one scholarship that is SSP, but even that has a lot of conditions. We can get employed through the opportunities from college only, but it won't be much beneficial for us. Hence, opt for higher studies or go outside of college for job. The amount of fees I am playing right now for my coarse is quite affordable compared to the other courses such as computer science and information science.

My social life has been beautiful here, since the day I joined. I am an extrovert, so it doesn't take me a lot of time to make friends. I have got some really good pals here, who have been of a great help to me from the before. We, recently had our branch fest in the month of may, it was so entertaining and I even gave a dance and a singing performance. Branch wise so many techs and all will be happening which is actually very interesting to attend.

I joined this college thought management. I didn't go through the cet or through any other entrance exams. As, my marks we're low, I opted for management seats. We actually visited the college after we saw their advertising in the palace grounds, college fair, which is almost held every year.

The teachers in my department are exceptionally amazing. Each one of them has so much more knowledge to give us and guide us. Most of the teachers have a Ph.D. degree, which is actually fascinating, because we all know getting a Ph.D. isn't everyone's cup of tea. They do give us a little scolding's if we have a short of attendance.
