Likes
- The infrastructure is good and the faculty is disciplined except few who just give notes and assignments whereas everything else is ok but I can say this is not the best college but one of the best in Hyderabad and also u can keep it as an option.
Dislikes
- No major events take place in the campus only we celebrate freshers day , fairwell day and a college event called "Brumous Fiesta" once in a year
Course Curriculum Overview
Actually ECE was not my first priority. But beacuse of Automobile Engineering i had to choose it . No the real world has no connection with the curriculum. We need to emphasize more on practicals rather than by hearing the equations and derivations . Yeah the exams are conducted for every 2 months and one semester .
Internships Opportunities
Yeah the internships are good as far as my department ECE we tie up with ECIL , BHEL, ISRO, DRDO and many other government entities and also we do the internships under the very high authorities under their surveillance.
Placement Experience
We are eligible for placements from 3 year 2 semester and also the placement cell conducts placements and also chooses the companies respective to all the courses. Almost around 250 companies come over here . The highest is 21 lakhs per annum and the lowest is 5 lakhs per annum
Fees and Financial Aid
Yeah the tution fee for all the courses is 123000 which is similar to other institutions. My complete cost is 153000 with donation because I am a management student and also the bus fees is 30000. Yeah we have the state scholarship and national scholarship schemes. Yeah they offer internships and also placement guidance .
Campus Life
Brumous Fiesta is the annual event held in the campus where the college has traditional day and retro day . The library is the biggest in the campus and also we have 3 libraries at total including a Central library with AC . The sports and extracurricular activities depend on the students interest but the college supports them well .
Admission
The admission process was easy . The application form everything will be given in the campus admission block . The exams are easy since it is an autonomous campus and the difficulty level is OK since you may get the important questions before itself .
Faculty
Yeah the attendance system is strict according to JNTU so it is little bit hard to maintain attendance and also the faculty also takes day to day attendance and checks it with the JNTU attendance. The teaching is not the best but OK if you listen to the class then you can understand the concepts . Yeah very often we can interact with them anytime in the campus regarding any problem .
