The faculty were very supportive and helpful regarding subject knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is good, but few topics were outdated, for example the CAD lab includes the basis buy lacks in improving it after completion of the semester. And when it comes to exam it is very fair enough and strict invigilation is carried during the exam period.

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunities for our department like in Hindustan Aeronautics limited, ISRO, DRDO were given with the help of our faculty reference and guidance. Other intership like BHEL, vayu sastra etc were also taken up by students.

Placement Experience

There is very good improvement in placement this year 2024 compared to previous years. Multiple core companies which includes Boeing, Indigo also arrived for placement...the package were 8lpa and 5lpa respectively

Fees and Financial Aid

My time the fees was 850000 for four year, which is after the inclusion of scholarship, but on today's date the fees is preety much increased and and scholarship are given basis on college entrance exam and 12th percentage marks...I have seen few unprivileged students also studying like J&K students etc

Campus Life

There were many co curriculum and extra curricular club activities, which includes nebula club, satellite club. Extracurricular clubs likee NCC, NSS , Horse riding club, photography club. The campus had very good sports facilities like basketball, football, tennis, table tennis, badminton, volleyball, cricket,

Admission

Addmission was though either the college entrance exam or direct addmission which depends on the 12th percentage marks obtained. The application fee would be around 1500. Once uh are alloted a seat upon councelling uh would be asked to lock ur seat by paying a token amount.

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio is decent. My department teachers were approachable and provide guidance. Senior and highly experienced professors are available in the department. Many department related activities take place in the college.

DRNGPIT is a tough gig to survive!!

Placement Experience:

Campus placements happens and happens usually from September to December. Every student's are asked to appear for the interview rounds and these opportunities are provided to us in our second last semester. Mostly all are placed before the final semester of theirs.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students are allowed to attend the placement. Many companies are visiting our college for example cadens, mistral, tessolve, vvdn, and for software TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, CTS, HCL etc. The highest average pack for a student in our college is 12 lakh per annum. first is the distance factor, i will have direct train or bus to my hometown second is the lab facilities, in south India this is top college with facilities this is what i heard but frankly i do not feel anything here. i got selected in mahendrra university hyderabad with 50% scholarship with entrance exam but i did not choose it as it deos not have aeronautical engineering this college offers mechanical engineering, cse, automobile & robotics and also many others .
