- Its one of oldest government university in India and the way it is still maintained is just commendable.
- The faculties are very supportive and helpful. If you have any queries you can directly go to the faculties to resolve it.
- You can also get a well air conditioned library named Kanika library in the campus which is one of the biggest library in the state.
Dislikes
- The drainage system is very poor. In rainy season its very difficult to move in the campus.
- Level of politics is quiet more related to cultural activities and management.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is very good and well followed. Everything runs on time and teachers are very particular regarding classes. Here each class have smart boards for better reference regarding any specific topic , so that we can go through the topic thoroughly.
Internships Opportunities
From the 1st year itself we got many internship programs and most of then are genuine. Here the stipend starts from 6000-20000 per month depending upon the companies and your skills. So you need to improve your skills as musch as you can.
Placement Experience
From 4th-5th sem you are eleigibke to sit in the placement cell and the placement ratio is very good. Companies visited like Delloite, accenture, microsoft, tech mahindra, TCS etc Almost 80-90% of the students get placed here.
Fees and Financial Aid
As it a govt. college , the fees structure is very minimal that everyone can afford. You can get many scholarships programs throughout the year which will be very much helpful to you. Campus employment is also very good. You can get many on campus companies through which you can get jobs.
Campus Life
There are many cultural programs and festivals throughout the year and its very easy to participate in those programs. Library is very good and the accessibility for books and journals is very easy. We just need a library card to get those. Many inter university tournamnets and state tournaments take place here and we are fully invited to take part in any of the above. There are many clubs like dance club, singling club, acting club, photography club etc where we can get to learn many things.

Faculties are very friendly to us. They are always ready to adress any of your quries. They are very helpful and protectice towards the students. Here, the faculties are very highly educated and well behaved and friendly,so the learning experience becomes much smoother. When ever we can we can interact with the teachers and they never deny us to adress our issues.
