I got DTU using my category. It was the best option in my option.. In my rank I was only getting some lower tier IPU colleges. So getting DTU was best for me. Seeing the cutoff of IPU colleges. I would have gotten Electrical in MAIT in spot round, this would have been the best option if I wanted to get into tech and I was also getting NSUT mech (which alot of people told me that it was a better option). But at the end I think it worked out fine. No, I didn't get rejection because I most probably knew what I would get in my rank and DTU was the best option. I didn't apply much either, only JAC and IPU. Admission process was: give JEE exam for engineering fill out from for JAC delhi counselling wait for seat to get alloted go for document verification after allotment final allotment is your college. I applied to this college for the exposure i get in this college compared to other, NSUIT is in the middle of Delhi but they have way too many exams and attendance and strictness like a school, i needed freedom which i only got in this college with same or better education and placement criterias. I was able to clear the criteria for all the colleges i applied for but i chose this one The admission process is simple, you have to follow the JAC guidelines after JEE, cutoff would be 99% and above for my course in particular, which is Computer Science or Computer Engineering , the admission process is simple, you have to get your documents verified once and you are done...Read More
