JUET - Review

The course curriculum followed in the university is pretty unique. There are 3 test of 15,25 and 35 marks respectively and rest is internal marking. If you attend class regularly you ll get a good grade. All the subjects aren't available as per mentioned in the description, it's a disadvantage for the students who wanted to study some particular topic, for that you can refer to internet

Internship opportunities are very less in the university, hardly 4-5 companies come for the internship. But they come with pre placement offers (ppo) basically they are there to hire few students early .

The course for my year is around 90,000 and the hostel fews is divided into two categories for triple sharing you'll pay 80,000 and for single room 1,00,00 and there's know other benefits except you're alone in the room . These charges are per semester basis , additionally you'll be charged 11,000 more when new year begins

Annual fest are held in March or April, every year there's a different theme for the fest and the name of the fest is given accordingly. Talking about tech fest it appears like once in couple year but they are good hackathon and various coding challenges are held during this fest

Each room has a bed , locker , table -chair and a centre cooling . Every floor in the hostel has two sections for bathroom and toilet so that there's no rush for using them . Additionally every hostel consists of three block and is separated from other hostels Food quality is average and there are 3 meals per days

Admission process is very easy, you'll apply either on your jee rank or 12th percentage. There are no further exams or anything. Getting any branch is much easier so you don't need any reservation here.

Faculty to student ratio can be said like 1:50 which i think is a good response for an university. The teaching skills of the professor are satisfactory if you can focus in the classroom while there are professors who doesn't know how to teach at all .
