Course Curriculum Overview
There's a reason why they even our university has 8-10 engineering branches but still 80% of the students have chosen CSE. Everyone knows everything we do today has tech in it and therefore I took this course. I maybe a part of rat race but being called a full stack developer excites me and creates an energy within me.
Placement Experience
Active is our placement cella and it's due to their efforts that today we even have student with close to 50 LPA as our highest placements. Average is 7 lakhs and companies in tech domains always comes here for the placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
JUET Guna is one of the finest engineering colleges and have multiple branches as well. The GUNA branch is the cheapest of them all as the fees here is 1.1 lakhs a semester and it has just increased marginally from the time I have joined. So, thankfully the management has kept things easy for students as some universities increase the fees all of a sudden and it hasn't been the case with us.
Campus Life
It's huge as our university even though has so less beaches and it's a pure engineering University unlike other universities where you have dozens and dozens of streams. So, campus is quite huge as it's 125 acres and natural beauty adds more fuel to an already beautiful campus. Our tech fest is Dextra and our annual cultural fest is D'Equinox.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are good and food is the only part of the hostel Life I am not personally satisfied with. Otherwise though we have a room of three with division done. Attach washroom and sharing washroom both options are available. Also, option for AC and non AC rooms is also there. So, I am happy to be getting all that I want from my hostel Life.
Admission
I applied at almost 10-20 colleges. From IILM to DTU to LPU. I was getting admission in most of them but location advantage was also an issue as GUNA is close to my home and therefore I don't have to travel much. I can easily go to my home during weekends and come back the Monday morning. Admission are very easy here as one just have to apply online and they will have confirmation at the soonest.
Faculty
At JUET Guna faculties don't reach the theory part but believes in application of it practically. Thus, they give no undue advantage and always stay fair with the students. Yes they are little biased with the students who want to study and are into it with serious notion. So to win them one has to be consistent with their thought process.
Night Life
From Jain Temples to Hanuman Tekri Guna has a lot of places to explore. Our campus has so many relaxing points that unless we crave some food we don't go out. There are some good cafes in Guna Town and though are little far from our university we go there once or twice every month.
