- Campus is working on same old machines like lift is old sometimes stuck.
- Very hard to get the ihm Pusa campus hostel is not too big .
- There is not full court for basketball and playground is not too much big .
Course Curriculum Overview
I want to become a chef and I was interested in cooking that's why I choose this course and if anyone wants to be a chef than this is the best course to grow his or her career. And the learning start with first year of college however you go you will always learn new things and it will add one by one in your experience. Teachers should have more modern equipments too reduce the physical work and also it will help to understand the process of using new machines for students. there is 4 exam happened in first year where 2 are mid term exam and two are semester exam just like that 6 exams are happening in 3 years.
Internships Opportunities
Industrial exposure training happened as trainee staff in 2nd year in all reputed five star hotels like ITC, Taj , Oberoi etc where maximum stipend goes 9000 and average 4000 per month . In hotel we have to work all four department where food and beverage service, housekeeping, kitchen and front office are the four department.
Placement Experience
From fifth semester students are eligible to sit in placement of college there is no pressure if you want to get off campus placement , you can . All big hotels brands like taj , oberoi, ITC and much more companies comes and for corporate aditya birla , reliance, Starbucks like companies comes our college placement ration is 95% goes each year.my plan is to get good placement and make career in corporate sector.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is scholarship schemes for the national and state wise national scholarships are for the sc/st students and PWD students. Just like that every state has their own policy because ihm pusa is autonomous body . collage provide reward Money only for best students those are good in their academic.
Campus Life
Our college organise freshers party for freshers students farewell party for last year students and also celebrated Holi Diwali and cristmas like festivals . There is one Library on third floor which have all the books related to course subject also there is accessibility of daily newspaper, teachers are have projector if needed they used to teach with that. Our college have badminton court, table tennis court, kabaddi and basketball ground. There is 4-5 clubs where for the singing, writing, designing, photography, eco and more.
Admission
For persuing BSc HHA you should be 12th passout. NCHMct jee organise the competitive exam for all over India ihm's college there are good reservation for the SC/st students. Nchm exams for bsc hha happened once in year not too much tough exam you should have knowledge about basic English, reasoning and General knowledge.
Faculty
There are probably total 30-40 teachers in ihm pusa every department has their own Head of department . All techers are NHTET qualified and experienced some of them teaching since more than 10 years. Every teachers interaction are happened with students according to their classes and if once they teach any class they remember the students of that class whenever they see , they call by name .
