Likes
- All classrooms are air conditioned, proper attendance biometric system for efficient attendance. Seats and desks are ok not too good.
- Cafe food is good and hygienic. We have neacafe outlet which have everything we need for a quick snack like coffee,maggi,frappes,pasta, iced tea etc.
- Faculty is very cooperative, they guides us all the time and are very helpful when we need there help.
Dislikes
- Security guards are very strict about some rules which should be changed as we are in college not school.
- Campus is very small compared to other colleges
- Very limited sports events and couches are also not qualified enough to be a couch in specific sports.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose BBA as my course as I want to pursue MBA afterwards. Till now this course have been very partical, we have to do assignments like interviews, taking interviews, internships and projects. Knowledge on communication, marketing, consumer behaviour, digitial markmarketing and mathematics is provided in this course which is basics for jobs in future. We have mid semester exams and final exams. Mid sem is of 25 marks and final of 100 marks. Both exams carries weightage in final result with practical assignments marks.
Internships Opportunities
There are not many Internship opportunities but they do provide a portal for internship which is paid. You have to find internship by yourself. Its my first time doing internship so I dont have much to tell about internship.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure is 200000 per year and my course is of 3 years. Its bit expensive. They will provide you with placement cell on campus where you can meet companies and give interviews if you are eligible to sit in interviews. They provide scholarship based on your 12th board's percentage. It starts from 80% i guess and increase with your percentage. You can get scholarship of about 1 lakh if you have 90 or 95 plus in boards. Getting 8 plus gpa makes you eligible for scholarship again for next year's fee.
Campus Life
My campus life have not been so good as campus is small and events dont happen much. Whenever dome event happens its not interesting so I dont attend it. There are many clubs in our college and there events are more interesting than colleges. Like fashion walk, prom, ethnic day, fitness etc. all clubs are ran by students. If you want to join one you will have to give interview which is not hard to pass.
Admission
Admission process was very simple. I applied online from college's website. They asked for my boards score as minimum admission requirement was 50% at that time. After some days they sent me offer letter for admission with fee structure and address to come and complete admission procedures.
Faculty
Faculty is very interactive with students and there are many teachers to teach students. Ratio of teacher and students is good. Every teacher is qualified in there field and have good teaching skills. There teaching approachs are very effective if you pay attention in class. We often interact with teachers with our concerns regarding studies or personal and they always try their best to help us out. On basis of faculty our college is pretty good.
